Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Enjoy the charming setting of this romantic boat in downtown Nantes, in front of Île Versailles. Small boat but very cozy, the bed is located in the main room. You will find the same thing inside as in the photos. A kitchen, a bed, a sofa bed, the captain's bunk in the back. A small bathroom with shower and dry toilet (important accuracy). The roof of the boat is accessible and represents a beautiful surface overlooking the Erdre
