The stay was very pleasant, we had a good time. Ludovic is very welcoming and very friendly. The accommodation is bright, quiet, spacious and very well located. We were also able to enjoy the sports course right next to the residence. Very bright, quiet and spacious accommodation. I recommend it!

We stayed at Les Magnolias for three nights, and we would definitely stay there again. We loved the open space in the apartment, found it very well furnished with everything we could need, and really appreciated the proactive communication and restaurant recommendations from the hosts. We particularly loved the apartment's location - it was really close to walk everywhere but not on a super busy block.

Very nice place with amazing views. One of the bathrooms has a tub with no shower, but the place is as described and looks like the photos on the site (views are even better than in the photos). Great stay overall.

Very good exposure of the apartment, well arranged and comfortable and quiet. The essential kitchen side is there, of quality and above all the modern and easy to use equipment. Very well located, quiet , clean apartment. Accessible by e-bike throughout the city of Annecy. Easy to charge on the deck . Full of attention left by Martine who are very pleasant (Coffee , jam , brioche, wine…) Everything was perfect for discovering this beautiful region

The apartment was lovely and matched the photos perfectly. It’s very convenient for a couple and only a 10 minute walk from the old town making it both easy to go wonder round and come back to a cosy place to make food and enjoy one another’s company. A bonus feature was the speaker which made it even more enjoyable. Océane also replied very quickly and made it easy to access the flat at a flexible time.

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

I stayed in this apartment for three months as part of my work. Conveniently located, close to the city center and lake, and close to all amenities. Very easy to reach by car. Eliott, my point of contact, was very responsive following a small electrical outage and always available if needed. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was just perfect – this Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! The accommodation was not only immaculately clean and stylishly furnished, but also extremely well equipped. You can tell that we worked here with a lot of love for detail. The sauna and the jacuzzi are particularly noteworthy - both absolute highlights that made our stay even more relaxing and luxurious. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and available at all times. The location was also ideal – very quiet and perfect for relaxing, yet shopping facilities were easily accessible. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to stay longer. Very clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!

My daughter and I totally enjoyed our 5 night stay at Camille's place in Annecy. it is perfect for 2 people. Close to town. Annecy and surrounds are very beautiful. TBA The car parking on site was secure and great to have. The parking is initially a little tricky to navigate, but you soon get used to it. Just take it slowly! When I informed Camille that the coffee machine was faulty, she provided an immediate remedy. The apartment is on the ground floor, and has two skylights, but no other windows. The skylights can be opened for fresh air, but seem to close automatically if any rain is imminent. Lots of lovely restaurants around with excellent local food and wine - all within easy walking distance. The lake is wonderful for swimming. It is a good 3hr cycle ride ( 40km) to ride around. That was a highlight of our stay. Also visits to Lac Bourget and La Clusaz in the mountains. We highly recommend a visit to Annecy and Camille's apartment is a perfect place for two.

The location of the accommodation was ideal for getting to the starting point of the Annecy trail. I highly recommend this place!
