Where do I begin, first let me start with Mateo, hands down the best airbnb host I have ever come across. A few words that come to mind, respectful, patient, understanding, helpful, kind, generous, I could on and on, the man is an absolute saint in every way. He went above and beyond any host I have ever met! and for his airbnb, I almost dont have words. i have seen many airbnb penthouses, but I truely believe he has one of the best if not the best penthouse in all of Medellin. its absolutely breathtaking. the terrace by the jacuzzi will fill you with emotion its so beautiful. I was overwhelmed when I arrived, it was litteraly perfect in every way, and it was over stocked with anything you could possibly imagine needing. The feeling it gives with all the plants and the natural lighting and attention to detail, I will never forget being allowed to stay in this airbnb, it was truely one of the highlights of my lifetime. Thank you again Mateo, it was the experience of a lifetime!

The apartment was great 👍 but the cleanliness was not on point, to get to town you need to take a taxi 🚕, there corner store is great has a lot, the noise level in the morning is high. Make sure you read the book guid the pool rules are strict, we had a great time, already planning for next year thank you 🙏

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. There were a few issues on this visit but all the issues were corrected Melissa is very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Clean, well-equipped apartment with comfortable bed and a fantastic view. Modern building with full amenities: a gym, a pool and 24/7 manned front desk. Walk to shops/restaurants within 5 minutes, to the center of Poblado in 10 min. Friendly host who responds instantaneously and provides useful information. I would return again.

The apartment's location is very good, it's an area with many restaurants, markets and easy to get to. From the beginning it was easy to communicate with Santiago and he was always looking out for us, the apartment was very clean, organized, and comfortable; I would definitely come back!

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. Beautiful and unique high floor apartment. About a 15-20 minute walk from el Tesoro (large shopping center.) Apartment decoration is really unique and one off. Julissa was a wonderful and considerate host. Always responding within minutes! The value is very well worth it. You won’t find much better without paying a fairly significant amount more.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Sabaneta, Medellín. The location is peaceful yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. The only suggestions I’d make to improve the experience would be to upgrade the linens on the bed, add extractor fans in both bathrooms for better ventilation, and perhaps include a toaster oven in the kitchen. Other than that, everything was great, and I’d definitely stay here again!
