The apartment is really great in all the aspects. Location is amazing, just 3 minutes walk from the Central Station, 5-6 minutes walk from downtown, all the cafes and restaurants. In front of the building is situated the Opera and Theatre with the spectacular park. The apartment is very comfortable, furnished with all necessary equipment and amenities, balcony has nice view as well as the in yard space. Special thanks to host, Mert, who was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at this apartment when next time will be in Essen.

Thomas and Claudia are great hosts. Very friendly, helpful, committed owners of the alpaca farm who do wonderful work for children using the alpacas. The attic space is super nice and despite the warm weather it remained wonderfully cool, just like the forests around it. Absolutely recommended! We'd love to come back. Thank you!

Great stay, I booked late in the evening and Barbara was contactable. Helped me with parking as I’m not from Germany. The apartment felt very nice, spacious and cozy. Loved the design and layout. From the start, Angelika was friendly and informative but not intrusive and after the first instructions she gave us privacy. The apartment is very well equipped and Angelika even got milk, juice, and chocolate for us! She also gets all the points for cleanliness because the apartment is spotless. Modern amenities and a quiet area made us feel right at home. A real gem in Hilden. Thank you. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice weekend in this cozy, modern and comfortable apartment. Even with outside temperatures above 30°, it was very pleasant in the apartment and we were able to spend a relaxing time with two small children and two babies. The apartment is spacious and very well appointed. Outside there are swings, a trampoline and plenty of space for children to play. You can tell that Nils and Caro put a lot of thought into the well-being of their guests and go to great lengths. The communication in advance is almost too detailed, so you can really find your way around ;) In my opinion, the overnight price is very nicely chosen - most landlords would probably charge more for comparable accommodation. We would be happy not to have stayed here for the last time for a break :)

Aggi & Lars were very friendly and likeable hosts, the apartment really nice and clean and the location a dream. We felt very comfortable with dog and two toddlers and are happy when we have the opportunity to spend our family vacation there again.

We were 6 girls and had a super great and relaxed weekend at Eeva! The accommodation looked exactly like the photos and left nothing to be desired. Communication with Eeva went smoothly and nicely. The old town is only about 18 minutes' walk from the property. It's definitely worth a visit! All in all, I'm just recommending it!

Despite the somewhat mixed weather, we had a great family weekend in Werdohl. The house offers plenty of activities inside, both for the little ones and the big ones (especially popular were the pool table and the sauna under the roof ....). The accommodation is very clean and thanks to the various beautiful bathrooms, the stay is also very relaxing in this regard.

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

The cottage is surrounded by greenery and yet is very well connected to the city by bus. We felt very comfortable. Everything was super clean, very well maintained and lovingly furnished. Our daughter particularly liked the foosball in the living room. Jens greeted us right upon arrival and gave us valuable tips for restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this place!

had an incredibly pleasant experience during our stay with Wolfgang. the space was great and there was plenty of room for 11 people. after our stay we went bouldering at Avalonia, the Airbnb is at a very pleasant distance from this beautiful area. the communication with Wolfgang was also great, always quick response and very friendly. definitely recommended.

The apartment is very modern, clean and has an amazing view which makes it very attractive. Henok is very friendly and organised. When I arrived at the accommodation, I did not have to wait long and Karim was there quickly and showed me everything and then handed me the keys. I was there for 3 days with my boyfriend, and we enjoyed the time together very much, and felt very comfortable there, because it was really a quiet place. The bedding was so cozy, we slept very well. I can really recommend Karim's accommodation to everyone, and we will hopefully be back there soon.

Consider yourselves really lucky and blessed if you can get a booking at this place at your desired dates! This apartment, and so the owners: Ulf & Charlotte, are truly deserving the 5 stars-rating by all their guests who had been here before us! :) The other guests already wrote pretty much everything we wanted to write, about how squeaky clean everything is in this apartment, how comfortable, how quiet, how modern it is, etc., and it provides everything you need for a short or even long stay. They even have an EV charger! And with the parking space just right outside the entrance door, is really convenient! And another thing that was super nice was the 2 AC units (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room), and they put shutters at all windows! which is great! not only for privacy but also to prevent heat coming from the outside. We were staying here during a very hot weekend, which was up to 32°-33°C (with real feel of 34°). But we were super comfortable inside the apartment.

Angelika and Volker are perfect hosts! We used the apartment as a base for different excursions and a concert visit. It is ideally located in downtown East and a lot within walking distance. There is a good baker and Edeka close by. We'd love to come back!!!
