Great stay! Space is super cozy and super close to the beach.

We LOVED our stay - the house is perfect. One side of the house is the hosts and the other side is the AirBnB with music studio sound proofing between! Very spacious one-bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette, Faen & JP had fruit, milk, butter, fresh bread and treats for our two Labradors for our arrival and other goodies to use. Very comfortable bed, lovely linen and amenities. The house also has a gorgeous verandah overlooking the park. Its very private but just a walk to an array of restaurants, supermarkets etc. and an amazing coffee shop with an awesome breakfast is a 2-minute walk around the corner. There is plenty of street parking and public transport a short walk away. The house is also fully fenced for the fur babies. Faen and JP were an absolute delight to deal with, could not have done more to make us feel more welcome and at home. Will definitely come and stay again.

Great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The host was friendly and responsive, and even allowed a late checkout. Everything was smooth—would definitely stay again. A vacuum would’ve been a nice extra, but no complaints overall!

I strongly recommend Neil's place in Watson's Bay if you're looking for a quiet location outside of the city center. It was easy walking distance to both Camp Cove Beach and the South Head, perfect spots for a morning walk. It is also very close to the Watson's Bay Wharf and a quick ferry ride to both Manly and the CPD. The apartment itself was very nice. It was spotlessly clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The loaf of bread and bottle of wine were a nice touch and made me feel at home. The highlight of the apartment was the back porch, which looks onto a peaceful garden. During the rainstorm on my first day, I spent a relaxing few hours reading on the porch. Neil was very welcoming and extremely responsive to messages. I can't speak highly enough of his qualities as a host.

This accommodation was perfect for what we needed it for. It didn’t quite match the pictures in terms of furniture etc but that didn’t put us off at all. John and his family were helpful and accommodating. Even letting us use their dryer when it rained. It was simply a base for us and the pool was an added bonus. It was a lot cheaper than other accommodation nearby which sold it to us and I am glad that it did. I think we will definitely be booking to stay here again in the future.

Great beach stay in Coogee. 15 minutes to the beach, rock pools, and coastal walks. Easy access to public transportation. Fabulous host who maintains the accommodation. This Coogee accommodation provided exactly what I was hoping for.

Avia helped with the accommodation for our overseas guest. Avia was quick to respond with all communication and according to our overseas guest, the accommodation was fantastic, clean and a very central location. I would thoroughly recommend this property for anyone looking for accommodation in Wahroonga. Thank you again Avia for all your help with Arthur, he enjoyed his stay in Wahroonga.

Kate included some nice touches in her place, like snacks and breakfast provisions, and Hornsby had all that we needed before heading out into the hinterland north of town

Beautiful stay in freshwater. Walking distance to beautiful sunrise, sunset, waves and good coffee. Pet robot hoover and out door shower also great additions. An all round treat.

Super giving with their amenities. The kitchen is stocked with all sorts of things, and they provide ground coffee, with an excellent coffee machine too. There's a great selection of beverages - teas, coffees, milks, coconut water! Everything is above and beyond about the kitchen. The view is stunning, you can see Bungan waters from your room, and the sun shines really beautifully in the morning, right to the bed. Roy & Leslie also put instructions for just about everything, and they really do have everything. Spare blankets, beach towels, towels, a heater, two different fans, lamps abound. The walk is 10-15 minutes to Bungan & Newport beach. Both beautiful, with nice shops around. Roy & Leslie also provide good food recs for the area. Truly, a great place to stay and very private. They go above and beyond, and they also have a very cute cat who you'll be lucky to stumble across.

This was such a magical stay. Nicholas's place is located on the hill above the ocean and has such a spectacular water view, and is so close to the ocean if you want to walk down to the beach. We absolutely loved every second of our weekend here.

We had a very comfortable stay for a sporting long weekend in NW Sydney. Our hosts were so communicative and kind, we enjoyed a functional space that absolutely met our needs and privacy to come and go as required. Would highly recommend this Airbnb stay !

Very comfortable ,cosy and lovely with the northern sun in the sun room . Location perfect for our purpose of the stay . Walking distance to transport n local shops which is a bonus in Sydney. Definitely stay next time around .

Enjoyed our stay at Emma’s house! It is a short walk away from the beach and is close to amenities like the pharmacy and supermarket. There is also available street parking if you are driving. It is lovely and we enjoyed our peaceful stay there ☺️

I just spent 3 weeks at Joanne's place in Manly. First, I had to change the dates and Joanne and Zoe were very accommodating with that (and very responsive with subsequent communications), and then the stay itself was fantastic. Everything as described, the flat is clean, comfortable and quiet and has a phenomenal view 9 floors up out over Shelley Beach and South Steyne, and the sun rises over the ocean right out the window. The neigbourhood is great beyond the beach, lots to do and eight (yes, eight) coffee shops within 100 metres (I counted). Overall I would thoroughly recommend and would love to stay there again on my annual pilgrimage to the area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s studio. A lovely place which had everything we needed for our stay. Sarah’s studio was close to many shops, restaurants and bus stops. Sarah was great at responding to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Sarah’ studio.

Beautiful location and particularly impressed how well equipped the place was. Had everything you’d need! Everything from insect repellent to clips to reseal open packets. It made my stay so easy and comfortable!

I had a delightful overnight stay at Yvette’s whilst attending a conference and wished I’d have had longer! Gorgeous property and Yvette is lovely. The two rooms were terrific for me and my work colleague. I chose to sleep in the single bed closest to the front window, so there was a little traffic noise, but that was the only downside. Breakfast was delicious and all we needed. Thanks Yvette - I’ll definitely come again!

Had a terrific stay at Kay and Bruce's place! I just needed to make a quick trip to Sydney with my baby to visit the US consulate. This rental was in a convenient location at an affordable price, squeaky clean, and the hosts were super helpful with local recommendations. They even offered a hand helping me get my luggage upstairs! We were able to walk to a nearby bus station and get into the heart of Sydney easily, parking our car for free around the corner from their place. We didn't end up needing to bring our dog, but it's great that this place is dog friendly and there's a nice yard. They provided coffee, milk and cereal, which made our morning much easier. Highly recommend!

We have stayed with Genie often while visiting family nearby. We enjoying catching the bus at the end of the street and making our way to the station to catch the train to the city. There are parks and walks nearby, and we regularly walk to a cafe in Asquith for coffee. Genie's place is roomy and private, with everything we need for our stay. We particularly appreciate the washing machine and drying space.

Anne and Andrew were very friendly and helpful hosts. Their place was perfect for our needs and an extremely comfortable bed. Lovely quiet neighbourhood and close to ferry.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Sally’s house in Chatswood. The place was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and exactly as described—a perfect little retreat with a lovely garden view. We especially appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was, with all the appliances and dining wares we needed. It allowed us to enjoy a cozy date night with homemade roast beef and broccoli, which made our stay even more memorable. Sally was a thoughtful and responsive host throughout our visit. A special thank-you to her for kindly helping me find my ring during the post-checkout cleaning—we truly appreciated the care and effort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay in Sydney!
