5 Stars – A Beautiful and Relaxing Stay! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. The peaceful neighborhood and stunning views made it feel like a true getaway. Our son had a blast fishing off the dock, while we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The host was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the fish weren’t biting, but that’s nature! Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this home to others.

The house we rented was clean and tidy. Kristina is an attentive hostess who has provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She quickly answered questions and resolved some questions that arose. We are grateful for the vacation spent at Kristina's house.

Perfect space to get away. Victoria’s place was very clean. Had tons of toiletries. Tons of Amenities. Beach toys. Coolers. Pool towels. Matched the description perfectly. We will definitely be back!! 10/10 recommend.

The Port Charlotte home has a charming view of a small lake from the enclosed screen area surrounding the pool. It was a nice place to sit and read, and see various birds, including pelicans and flocks of cormorants (I believe). Two things to mention: There is an additional charge of $25 per day to heat the pool, payable directly to the owners. We understand that other owners do this as well but seems a bit strange. The suggested payment mechanisms are not available to non-US residents. The cooktop is an induction model; those not familiar with this type of appliance may wish to look it up in advance since there are no instructions for the rather obscure icons. There were some inconsistencies between the long pre-stay messages on rules and those in the on-site book.

Jason greeted us when we arrived. There was a bottle of wine and some snacks waiting inside. Nice!!! It was like an oasis near the city. I knew we were close to everything but felt like we were miles away. We had a partially fenced grassy area to let the dogs run outside (part of the reason we chose this place). There were plenty of amenities to add to our relaxation… bicycles, corn hole boards, laundry, a private beach (larger than it looked in the picture), a dock and a beautiful sunset. We drove to Boca Grande and enjoyed the gulf. Ate dinner at Farlow’s. And, relaxed!!!

We enjoyed staying at this privet quate property. It is as described and showns on the puctures. The property is located in quiet neighborhood, the landscape is well maintained. I didnt know at first it is a condo and there is other rental conected but we never heard any noice. It was very peaceful. Beautiful grounds. Full kitchen, has everything you need to cook a full meals, spacious rooms. The property has everything you need for vocation. It is close to alot of stores. About 15-20 min to popular beaches. Also there is a swiming pool at the property, very clean and well maintained, though we didnt use it alot. Showers were very clean, and good water pressure. I highly recomend this place ! The owner is friendly and responsive. Few things i would improve: the kitchen pans are stainless steel and it was hard to cook in them. Food would stick and burnt at the bottom. There are plenty of beach chairs but not umbrella unfortunately. Overall wonderful place!

We chose this listing because we needed accommodations for 10 family members gathering to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The house was super clean and comfortable. I couldn’t think of one thing that was not provided. I am super picky about cleanliness and I was thrilled to see how clean everything was. The host was very accommodating as well, our flight was a little earlier than expected and I reached out to Viktoria and Vadim and they allowed us to check in early. Wonderful accommodations!

The house, pool and hot tub are perfect! We appreciated the lounge chairs and miscellaneous pool floats, too. The master bathroom is amazing, too! Plenty of bath towels and beach towels, the kitchen was is well-equipped, and we appreciated being able to park our car in the garage. This place is a great value!

Excellent place, everything spotless and clean. Maydel was very helpful and responsive. The place was exactly what I was looking for!

We had a great stay. Dave was a terrific host, responding very quickly to our questions. The area is very quiet with friendly neighbours. The views from the front of the property are spectacular and we witnessed so many amazing sunsets. The wildlife is incredible we saw manatees numerous times in the canal and in the inter coastal waterways, 2 cheeky sea otters in the canal and not to mention the beautiful bird life and dolphins. The house is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen everything you could possibly need. We used the pool everyday it’s a great size. It’s a great house

Our stay with Mirjana was absolutely incredible! The house is beautiful and it was completely spotless upon arrival, especially the bathrooms and the pool! We absolutely loved our time here and Mirjana is an incredible, kind, and responsive host. My friends, family, and I will definitely be staying again when we come back to Cape Coral!

Gorgeous House. Pristine condition. Beautiful. Comfortable. Pictures are accurate. Great place for a family get together. Awesome kitchen. Kids loved the pool. The pool toys/accessories and outdoor TV screens make the outdoor space perfect for everyone. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! This is a great location, especially for boaters. The pool was great. The sunrise views and watching the boats come and go were incredible. You’re walking distance from the beach and some great restaurants (i.e. Temptations, Scarpa’s, The Outlet, Pink Elephant, etc.). The pool was great, especially for entertaining the kids. The house was incredible and the host was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend renting a golf cart from Kappy’s (host recommendation) to putz around town and explore the area.

The pictures don’t describe the beauty and comfort of this home. The pool is a tropical oasis of palms and lush landscape. There are so many wonderful outdoor areas to go to and sit to soak it all in while the kids swim in the secluded and beautiful pool. Our host was so responsive and I was surprised to find a gorgeous vase of flowers, chocolates, fruit platter, and bottle of wine upon our arrival!! All of the little “extras” really just make vacationing so much easier…such as laundry and dish soap, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc… shower items, and so much more!! This has been our family’s favorite place so far in the lower Gulf area. We rented a boat and the husband was happy to be able to dock it right next to the house so he could jump on and fish. We spent a lot of time as a family on the boat and exploring new areas. So much fun! Thank you for making our vacation to Port Charlotte so comfortable and memorable!! Highly recommend ❤️

Great for families. This clean, cozy and well appointed home is in a quiet neighborhood close the beach, down town and restaurants. There is plenty of room to relax and the pool was a nice option. Just was helpful. Would recommend.

This villa was very quiet and private. The view of the surrounding area from the lanai was especially enjoyable. It is just a short walk to the pool and to the outdoor grills. The circle is a great place to get a walk in anytime, day or night. The neighborhood is quiet and has a very safe and friendly feel. Clara went out of her way to help when called upon.

Budget friendly great area close to everything. Pool was great. multiple BBQ 's with a nice Lani. Typical SWFL layout of the open and spacious. Great home to entertain and sleep 6 comfortability if needed. Will definitely book again!

Loved this house. The trees in their yard are AMAZING! The pool was very warm. Loved the outdoor couch and TV area. Host was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again. The pantry had some spices and basic cooking ingredients, which is always nice. It's furnished and decorated well.

Stayed many times in the past 10 years. Updated recently. Absolute dream to visit. Quiet location great neighbours very friendly. Good restaurants close by. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions. house is very clean and well maintained. Will be booking again.

We had a wonderful two week stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The amenities were wonderful from beach chairs to anything you need in the kitchen, including spices.

This home is beyond beautiful!! I cannot say enough great things about this amazing property. Spotless. Clean. Comfortable. Everything you need. My family will absolutely stay again. and again. and again. I don't believe I have stayed in a better Arbnb....ever. Treat this home as your own, as we did, and it can be a gem for all to enjoy! Also, Martin with AHC, was wonderful! I don't usually prefer management companies...but Martin was fantastic to work with! Very accommodating and always prompt to respond. highly, highly, highly recommend!!
