Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Englewood

House was extremely nice and beds were very comfortable! Yelena had everything we needed other than our clothes to enjoy a great stay, including stuff for kids like pack and play, games, toys, etc. Yelena was also very responsive about questions. I would highly recommend! Other great thing is that it is close to shopping, grocery stores, and beaches are only about a 30 min drive but we could still enjoy the quiet space and our own pool when we wanted to relax. She even had a bunch of beach gear which allowed us not to have to over pack! 5stars!

My family and i had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and fully equipped. Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants and stores. Rhi and Michael were very responsive. We had some issues with the pool & hot tub and they sent someone to fix it the next morning. They also worked with us on an early check in. The no pet fee is also a very nice bonus! The dock & paddle boat was a fun added touch. My husband was surprised by a decently large lizard (about 3 ft) sun bathing on the dock. The dock is surrounded by trees so you can’t see it until you get down to it. We also saw plenty tiny lizards outside & also one in the house. The bicycles were fun too, i only wish there were 4 so we all could have gone on a bike ride together. The only other constructive criticism i have is some of the appliances could use to be updated as well as the kitchen sink/faucet. Also, the outside tiki area/tables n chairs needs to be added into the cleaning routine before guests check in. Saved 4 future stays!

I had a wonderful time at Michelle's house. The place is beautiful and very clean, but we definitely fell in love with the pool area. Its beautiful design, along with the tiki bar, will make you spend hours without getting bored. You'll also find plenty of utensils to prepare your meals. If there's something I should point out, it's that they don't allow you to use the grill and the sink in the tiki bar, which I found a bit disappointing. I also want to point out that the house has 5 bedrooms, but only two are actually equipped for adults. The other two are children's rooms, and the third is a living room. In two of the bedrooms, my family had to sleep on inflatable mattresses. As a recommendation, it would be nice if all the rooms were equipped with conventional beds. Also, on the last day of our stay, a neighbor came over with a bad attitude to ask me to turn down the music; it was 6:00 PM and not even the music was that loud. Other than that, my overall rating is wonderful. Thanks.

House is immaculate! Super clean and comfortable. Beds and linens were luxurious! Ceiling fans in entry room including the screened in porch. Nice touch! Backyard waterfront is amazing. We used pool and hot tub multiple times per day. We fished off the dock and caught a few catfish. Sergiy was a perfect host. Excellent communication and direction when needed. Highly recommend!

This is our 3rd year staying at this house and I am hoping to have many more. The screened lanai around the gorgeous, clean, heated pool and spa, the huge kitchen, the comfortable furniture, the quick response time if we need anything, all add up to make for a stellar place to stay. Absolutely a gem. Thank you, Roman, for another great year!

We loved Donna’s house! We had a great week with our two children and parents. We appreciated the high chair! The house and pictures were exactly as listed and described. The beds were comfortable. We love the location as you have many restaurants and shopping nearby, and the beach is a 5-10 minute drive. Donna is very responsive and answers always within a few minutes. Zero complaints!

This location is exactly as the photos show maybe even nicer! When I had a question, all girls was very prompt and responding. We were there to close on a home and by staying at this home it created a very relaxing atmosphere during a somewhat an anxious time

We enjoyed our stay for us to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We felt at home and Brian was available for any questions and provided us gear for the beach. If we go back to the area, we will be back to the property!

Stayed 4 nights at Lisa and Roberts place. Home was clean and had all necessary amenities plus bonus things like spices, cooking oils/sprays and coffee. Not to mention the beach items like ice chest, chairs and umbrellas. We did not utilize, but there were also kayaks and bikes in the garage. Hosts were quick to respond and were always friendly. For example, when we arrived the lockbox was missing and there was no key, but we were still able to enter using the provided garage door code. Within about 20 minutes after notifying them about the lockbox, Robert arrived to replace it. By then we had found the key sitting in a bowl at the kitchen desk, so we were able to place the key in the lockbox upon check out. A/C was nice and cool, hot tub and showers were nice and warm, pool was refreshing. So happy for the screened in Lanai to keep the bugs out of the pool area. The neighborhood and very quiet. We had a great stay. Dave was a terrific host, responding very quickly to our questions. The area is very quiet with friendly neighbours. The views from the front of the property are spectacular and we witnessed so many amazing sunsets. The wildlife is incredible we saw manatees numerous times in the canal and in the inter coastal waterways, 2 cheeky sea otters in the canal and not to mention the beautiful bird life and dolphins. The house is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen everything you could possibly need. We used the pool everyday it’s a great size. It’s a great house

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

We had a great stay with our family. Our grandchildren had a great time with all the toys for the pool and beach. We were 3 couples with 2 little kids and had plenty of space. It was a short drive to restaurants. We did day trips to Sanibel and Naples and even had time to visit the outlets. All were less than an hour away. Our hosts responded to questions in a timely manner. They made sure to have plenty of items available to use for our beach days. The wagon and tent were a plus since it was pretty hot.

Great Stay, beds was a little stiff but overall very clean and comfortable place to stay!! A+ rating

Gorgeous House. Pristine condition. Beautiful. Comfortable. Pictures are accurate. Great place for a family get together. Awesome kitchen. Kids loved the pool. The pool toys/accessories and outdoor TV screens make the outdoor space perfect for everyone. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

This was the most beautiful and accommodating Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was new, clean, and updated with the latest technology. The toilet seats were even heated! We had a group of 9 plus a dog and everyone was very happy with the stay. Marcin was super nice and always answered questions quickly. The pool area is incredible. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of essentials.

die Unterkunft war wirklich super. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Hausverwaltung war immer zu erreichen und der Vorteil einer deutschsprachigen Hausverwaltung ist natürlich nochmal ein Pluspunkt.
