Villa holiday rentals in Empire Bay

Our family had a beautiful holiday here and we would certainly come back again. The apartment had 2 full bathrooms including a separate toilet in the laundry downstairs which was great for our big family. The size of the apartment was comfortable and the view was better than expected with direct walk down to the beach. We were also impressed with the amount of products that were left to use. It was clean and homely. A couple of things to consider if you have children under 5, elderly or disabled people staying. All living is top level with a decent staircase to get there. Take a baby gate to keep your little ones safe. There are many stairs and a sloping grass hill to get to the beach. Not a problem for the average person but we had to be very careful with our young kids. There is no direct access to the park with the playground and BBQ so a short walk along the road or up the road from the beach can access however I would not recommend walking if wanting to BBQ.

Could not rate our stay highly enough! The property itself is clean, comfortable and has everything you could need - it truely feels like a home. We loved walking around the property to see the cows and horses, and the location/its surroundings is so beautiful. Loved every second!

Great stay.. only down fall would be the bed in the main bedroom is very hard. Otherwise clean, tidy, great spot and exactly as described

Enjoyed our two night stay for the summer holidays. So close to the beach we could walk there. House was great with all the bells and whistles. It was a hot few days and the fans did a great job keeping us nice and cool at night. Will definitely stay again and recommend to family’s with children.

Very peaceful place with a big garage to park a car. It was also near to the highway entrance, so very easy to get out with a car. It is closer to the blue mountains than city area, so we could be there in 90 minutes. Woolworth supermarket is 3 min by car, so it was convenient to buy foods. There was an Indian food market next to Woolworth, so might be convenient for people who prefer Indian foods! All the rooms, kitchen and shower room were all very clean. Thank you Kerryn, we had a wonderful time!

Property was great, it had everything we needed and it was comfortable and nicely decorated. We were missing a couple of towels. When I messaged the property manager, I received a reply within 5 minutes and the extras were brought to us promptly. The location was perfect, across from the tennis courts and smaller pool, allowing you to see when it was free. The resort grounds and facilities are very clean and well kept, very tropical feel about it. Access to the lake was easy too. I highly recommend visiting this property, it was everything we were anticipating it to be and communication was easy and very prompt. A++

Our stay was amazing the view from the property was to die for, Alex was super quick to respond and was accomodating in every way. The house was clean and tidy it has endless amounts of activities we could do at the property from kayaking to playing pool and fuse ball. Highly recommend this place!

A fantastic staycation for our team. Loved our morning walks around the area, grabbing coffee down by the water, enjoying afternoon drinks on the balcony and cooking in the kitchen. St Siandra is a short 15 min walk and highly recommended for a lovely long lunch (simply walk up the road to upper spit road and take the righthand track at the end of the road down to the road where it's an easy walk down to the spit). Whilst the garage is on the main road there are large breaks in traffic. We loved our time here.

A wonderful spot for our extended family getaway in beautiful Pearl Beach. The Pavilions is 5 stars all the way - beautiful location, super comfortable, squeaky clean and everything you need at your fingertips, including a brilliant kitchen for cooking and entertaining. We lazed by the open fire by night, and spent our days lying in the winter sun on the deck and north facing backyard. It’s a short stroll to the beach and many other beautiful walking spots and scenic vantage points too. Highly recommend.

Bruno was the best host we’ve ever had (and we stay in AirBnBs a lot!). Bruno and his wonderful family went above and beyond to make sure our Christmas stay was special. We loved the spacious home with incredible views of Garigal National Park. The location is perfect to do all the things Sydney has to offer. It’s an easy 20 minute drive to Manly where you can ferry to basically anywhere. We even made a day trip to the Blue Mountains, which was so enjoyable. There are walkable shops and restaurants. It’s beautiful and hilly, so it’s also a nice little exercise too! It’s close to some beautiful hikes as well. We comfortably slept 11 adults and an infant. The house is very big, and we used the perfect temperature pool every single day. We loved the place and are already talking about coming back! Thanks Bruno and family for being so fabulous!

We had such a great stay! The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the beach and you can watch sunrise over the ocean in bed :) The house was so comfortable and stylish, lots of art deco character. We would 100% stay again!

Family villa @ Magenta is a lovely gem. Located in a great location so it is easy to walk to all the pools, beach and facilities but very peaceful. The villa has been freshly painted and a renovated bathroom, everything you need for a great stay is provided. Highly recommended!

I can't recommend William's place enough. He and his wife hosted me over Christmas and New year 2022/23. Nothing was too much trouble. The house is beautiful and spotless.

We loved our stay at Alexander’s place in Magenta Shores, he was an amazing host, very quick to respond to any messages and tried to be flexible where he could. The house itself was spotlessly clean, modern furnishings and in a great location within the resort (overlooking the main lagoon pool). Unfortunately the heated indoor pool was out of action during our stay, however we made good use of all other facilities, our two young boys really enjoyed the pools and playground. My only small gripe is that we found the beds to be rather uncomfortable, as they were quite soft, however this is a minor issue. We would definitely stay again!

This was our 2nd stay here, we love it. Fits our family, great pools and tennis court.

We stayed at Jo’s place with my sisters’ family, 4 adults and 3 kids. The property was perfect for us. The 2 main rooms had 2 king sized, comfortable beds and clean bedding. The large loft style area was perfect for the kids, it was set up as 3 single beds and they had their own space to play. The property was clean and well stocked with kitchen, laundry and bathroom necessities. There were also books and games available for our use which was really handy. The heated pool was close by, just a short walk up from the property and the water was perfectly warm. We used the pool and spa every day even though it was raining on and off during our stay, as it was covered and very comfortable temperature. Jo provided lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We kept it a pretty chill couple of days with the rain, but would love to explore more the next time we visit. Check in/out was very flexible and instructions were very clear. Would definitely stay here again!

Lisa was very helpful and responsive. A cot was provided upon request. The house was close to the main beach, restaurants and shops. The house was very tidy and clean and we had a lovely time by the pool. Would stay here again.

Joanne was an amazing host, very professional, communicated extremely well, and made check in and out stress free and seamlessly easy. Her villa was nestled in a beautiful location with plenty of activities to do. The villa was spotless clean and well maintained, the perfect place for a relaxing holiday and getaway. Jo’s priority was to ensure our stay was to a high standard and memorable and is certain was. I highly recommend staying here as you will not be disappointed.
