Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Emmental District

We enjoyed, we were there only 1 night because we were in transit but we were able to enjoy the pool both in the morning and evening. You share the shower and toilets, but it didn't feel that way. The communication was also super fast and good!

Me and my family had a great stay at Markus and yanyan's place. The couple was very approachable and accommodating. They were very proactive hosts. The place is very clean and relaxing to spend your vacation. It is surrounded by amazing mountain and hills view. This place is just less than an hour driving from Lauterbrunen,Grindelwald, Interlaken and some well known destinations in Switzerland.

We had a great multi-generational weekend (2-65 years), were the only guests and had the generous surroundings, incl. Outdoor kitchen, for us and we enjoyed this very much. The kids found some toys for outside and were happy. In the outdoor area, there are certainly a few things that need to be renewed or overhauled (chairs and tables around the grill, beach chair, possibly fabric of the yurt and lounge cushions) Merci Kurt:)

Bernadette was an amazing host - very proactive, responsive and friendly too. My husband and our family (adults) really enjoyed being at her home/chalet, as we felt right at home. Every little things have been really thoughtful arranged, including the fireplace. There were condiments (including oils even though we've brought our own), seasonings and enough tea towels to be used in the kitchen - LOVED it =) Sadly, we couldn't stay long enough as the chalet was booked but very lucky that we had 5 nights there. So, go ahead and book your slot before it get booked out hahaha... Once again, thanks for sharing the lovely home/chalet that you've built. We can't wait to go back to it sometime in the future. The time with Johanna and her family was great. To keep the review short, they are all really nice and you always have someone to talk to or do something or not, if you want time for yourself. It felt more like visiting a friend than a foreign place.

I loved Daniela's home stay - it felt like my home, her hospitallity was so good, esspecially I was happy that they even tasted our spicy indian food late at night. They allowed to feed their horse too. House was clean, tidy and only thing we missed was the breakfast during our stay as Daniela could not find time due to her busy week which was already communicated to us before the booking. Thank you so much for your kindness and love Daniela. I really recommend this home stay.

The stay at Nicole's was wonderful! The house is really beautiful and the property is located at stunningly beautiful location. The view from the all around the house especially the sitting area was with an amazing view. About the host Nicole, she is an absolutely charming person with a very friendly nature. She made our stay absolutely comfortable and she always gave complete support and was certainly helpful. In addition to that, she truly is a gifted artist! The house is awesome with lot of her marvelous artwork. Each and every corner has a beautiful artistic unique work given. The paintings, furniture, home decor each has a unique beauty in it . Really enjoyed the stay and will recommend to friends and family and we ourselves would like to visit the property again with our friends & family. We had a great stay at Danja-Maria’s place! The location was perfect and exactly where we wanted. Danja was an amazing host and very kind!! The flat was very clean and just like the photos, I would definitely recommend!

Very clean and nice place in a nice location. The host was kind, responded and didn't leave any questions unresolved. The only downside is that there is no parking. But these were very easy to find on the street next door (we were there with two cars). We needed parking and the hostess could name very good locations for it. The beds, kitchen and bathroom were very clean and it was comfortably furnished. I'd love to come back if I visit Switzerland again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ursula and Daniel’s place! The warm welcome made us feel instantly at home. The apartment is calm, modern, and surrounded by nature—perfect for relaxing. It had everything we needed and was beautifully maintained. A peaceful, pleasant stay—we’d love to return!

Wonderful area, wonderful hosts who were always on hand with advice and assistance. Very suitable for longer stays, everything is available. Whether you just want to relax or enjoy the area, both are possible in the area at any time and the hosts were always friendly, accommodating and easily accessible. I had a wonderful time of 3 months and would book this accommodation again at any time and recommend it to anyone.

Had experienced the charming ancestral home, perfectly situated amidst a picturesque landscape. Offering rich heritage, classic architecture, and scenic views, the property is a gem for those seeking character and tranquillity.

We loved this Airbnb. It was very spacious, comfortable, well equipped and perfect for our family. The view of the the horses right outside of the windows was a special bonus. Thank you for having us!

Nice place to stay. The high ceiling, fire pit and time-honored beams gave the studio a lot of charm. The tiled floor was cold in winter. Don't forget slippers.

The stay was very pleasant, cozy with fireplace during a very rainy weekend. Hot tub with a view was the hit.

We immediately felt comfortable in the villa, after the wow effect when entering. The contact with the host was also sympathetic and accommodating. Despite bad weather, you could use the pool and hot tub. The gym is superbly equipped - we were busy ^^ also a big shout out to the cleaners, everything was sparkling clean and the bedrooms were very nicely prepared.

Such a beautiful place in an equally beautiful location. For those who wish to experience the Swiss country side and yet be fairly close enough to cover all the main attractions of the region, look no further. Stayed 5 nights with my family with 2 kids, and everyday was memorable. The house layout is made for the view, and it’s simply unforgettable.. all the basics are in place and more, no complaints there whatsoever.. in fact one would be pleasantly surprised coming here, for the photos just cannot do justice to what one feels here.. keywords: spacious, comfortable, magical, and beautiful. the hosts and manager were wonderful too.. always ready to help with whatever u need may it be home related or otherwise.. thank you for the amazing experience.. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wishes to come back to a serene Swiss paradise at the end of a long day of travel, tourists, and attractions..

Perfect, cozy place to stay outside of Interlaken

The château offered us everything for an enjoyable family reunion. In the large kitchen we were able to cook together, enjoy the aperitif in the salon and dinner in the large dining room. The garden and pool are very nice. The playroom was also well received by the youngest.

Our stay was wonderful. Nicole is an excellent host and the house was super clean and comfortable. i will definitely recommend it and looking forward to stay there.

We spent the Easter days as a family, 7 adults, at the Retreat Lodge Schürmatt. From the beginning, we were thrilled with the decor, the location, the amenities. Everything, really everything, was there. Every day we cooked together and all accessories were available and in very good condition. The view of the Swiss Alps, at different times of the day and weather, is beautiful. The circling, calling Milane in the air a fascinating spectacle for Aug and Ear. The garden invites you to linger and enjoy. Whether sun or shade spot, there is a nice place for everyone with the right garden furniture. Also in the house, everyone (s) will find a favorite place to feel good, rest, read, play, enjoy. We all enjoyed it very much. We will be happy to come back. Thanks, Vinzenz!

“Amazing stay! Highly recommend!” Me and my friends had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb. Jonalyn is incredibly welcoming and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She was always very helpful and available all the time. She responded immediately. The property was exactly as described— very clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable and Jonalyn provided towels & sheets for everybody. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped with all facilities you can imagine - better than my kitchen at home. The giant whirlpool was an absolute highlight together with the chimney. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
