Thank you for the lovely getaway. We had a great time ! We were greeted incredibly warmly and felt like at home.

We felt very comfortable and welcome. The arrival was also very friendly and if we didn't know anything else we could call at any time. The house and pool were perfect for us as a family with dog. We will definitely come back soon.

We enjoyed our weekend in Kempenich! The house was beautiful, spacious and looked exactly like the pictures.

Nici and Frank's house is really worth a stay. We spent an extended weekend here with 3 families (one child each) and were super satisfied. The house is perfectly furnished and above all the kitchen, living and dining area are sensational and invite you to linger. Unfortunately, the weather was not so good, so we could not use the great terrace and the beautiful garden. The hosts are super friendly and help quickly if there is a question. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will certainly stay here again.

The place is really great. The garden with sauna and whirlpool is the absolute highlight. We had a great time and would love to come back. Absolute recommendation!

The apartment is very spacious, and there is also a lot of space in the garden. Everything is very picturesque and the hosts were super friendly. :)

Our stay on New Year's Eve was great. We were over 20 people and were able to make good use of the various advantages of the accommodation. We were particularly impressed by the large living room and the master bedroom. Communication with Sascha was also great, he quickly answered the problems that arose (sauna did not get hot and Wi-Fi failed) and gave us the solutions. The only downside was that on the last night there was no more hot water and only two showers were available. Otherwise, the house is great for all groups who want to celebrate for a few nights.

The house is beautiful, inside and out. It has been renovated and furnished with great attention to detail. There is also a fantastic garden, with some places to sit outside. We really didn't miss anything here and we would have liked to just stay here.

Very satisfied with this stay. Everything was correct with description and photos. Very easy to check in yourself through the key locker. More than enough facilities available to prepare your own food/drinks, etc. Also very clean. We really didn't miss anything. I can't say much about the area as we just stayed there for a festival nearby. I definitely recommend this stay!!!

The home is a central location to explore the Rhine valley. Short drives to area attractions as well as a peaceful porch to watch the Rhine flow by make this a delightful location.

Old tastefully decorated house with a nice spacious garden. The house is almost a museum so many fun and old things can be seen there. There is quite a bit of traffic coming by in front of the house. In the bedroom, you should therefore be aware that you only open the windows at the rear. You can walk to the city center or the supermarket and within a kilometer is between the rolling fields and forests. If you like hills, the surroundings are ideal for walking and cycling. In the shed there was room for our bikes.

We had a very nice stay. The accommodation, an old half-timbered house, was really lovingly restored and we felt right at home. The air conditioning was really great in the warm weather! The place was also beautiful and the residents super friendly. Everything went smoothly, thank you :)

We loved our stay at Oak tree house. Very luxurious and only 15 minutes from the Nürburgring. Friendly and helpful hosts and locals are very friendly. Highly recommended 👍

The accommodation is outstanding, especially with our 2.5 year old son it was perfect. The outdoor area stands out for its spaciousness. There are endless possibilities for play both outside and inside. Of course, the game storage is a highlight, but we were also thrilled by the games, books and other activities in the cupboards and drawers. The entire accommodation offers everything you need to organize your everyday life and much more. The possibility of parking directly in front of the door is also perfect. Communication with Volker was very pleasant and impeccable. Although we live in the countryside ourselves, it is rarely so quiet and relaxed.

Our stay at this house was just wonderful! The house is great – the kitchen really has everything you need to cook and much more. The amenities are thoughtful and high quality, the dishes are first class. The beds were covered with fresh, clean and pleasant white linens. Also the bathroom was very clean and maintained. A small note: To get into bedroom number one, you have to go through bedroom number two – but for us it was not a problem at all. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great barbecue zone! The high quality electric grill delighted us – we were able to grill wonderfully and enjoy the evenings. Thank you for this lovely time – we would love to come back anytime!

We used Anke's accommodation to explore the Moselle and to take beautiful walks. It is a great beautiful place and you can relax wonderfully. However, nothing is missing and the cottage is clean and has a wonderful bed. We did not speak to Anke ourselves but she is hospitable and helpful. If I can give a grade, it's a 10.

Everything from start to finish was to our complete satisfaction. The apartment and its furnishings were exactly as described and nothing was missing. The communication in advance was great, and on site you could also discuss all topics quickly. Particularly noteworthy is the cleanness of the apartment. Accordingly, a clear recommendation :)

We had a wonderful stay in this very special house! It is restored with so much love for detail – everywhere you discover beautiful individual pieces and art objects that give the place its own charm. The location in a quiet, small side alley is ideal to switch off and enjoy the romantic flair of the place. A small highlight was the welcome drink in the in-house vinotheque – a really nice start to the holiday! The vinotheques and restaurants in the surrounding area are absolutely recommended, as are the numerous opportunities for excursions and hiking in the surrounding area. The hosts were warm and helpful – you immediately feel welcome. For us, it was the perfect combination of peace, culture, enjoyment and nature. We will definitely be back!

Our best Airbnb to date! From booking through to departure we give it 5 *. Beautifully spacious, quiet and private house. Spotlessly clean, superbly equipped kitchen (inc a tea pot for the Brit traveller!),very comfortable large beds, excellent shower and plenty of towels.Super air filtration keeping the house cool in exceptional temps. Lots of cleaning products available. We loved the quiet private garden (at booking we thought it was shared with owners but no it’s all yours) with plenty of sunny and shady spaces.The chickens did not disturb us and we loved collecting the fresh eggs! Thanks too for the wine in the fridge (from the winery 5 min walk away- there is another one closer!) Close to bus service into Bingen. Lots of parking in the street and also on site. Owner very helpful pre arrival and throughout our stay, even allowing us an early check in. Lovely to be met in person. Without hesitation we would stay here again- the pictures simply do not do it justice. Book it now!

The very quiet and beautifully located accommodation was easy to find and we were greeted almost to the minute. We felt very welcome right away and everything was very nicely arranged for us. Inside, it's even more beautiful than in the photos. Much of it looks like new, especially the kitchen and living area are modern and high-quality. The amenities are very extensive - it lacks nothing. Everything is bright and friendly and you have a great, unobstructed view of the beautiful landscape. The balcony and garden area with barbecue are also nice to use, where you can start or end the day, as well as in the sauna. There is more than enough space for vehicles, everything was very clean and the hosts were always available to us (very short response times). The surrounding area offers a lot of nature - the barefoot park is practically in sight. Many worthwhile excursion destinations can be reached quickly by car. We can therefore recommend this accommodation without reservation!

We spent an extended family weekend here (3 households). The house is idyllic and quiet and you can park directly at the house. After the uncomplicated check-in, we felt comfortable from the first minute. We lacked nothing – especially the well-equipped kitchen, we liked it a lot, everything you could need was really available here. There is a lot to discover and do in and around the house, so you can have a very good time here, even if the weather does not cooperate. The table tennis table and the whirlpool were a special highlight for us. The contact with Conny and Micha in advance and during our stay was always very fast and pleasant. Any questions were answered quickly - we felt well looked after and very welcome. Overall it was perfect, we had a good time all around and would love to come back!
