Everything we expected and more! Beautiful cabin with amazing views, very peaceful location!

Beautiful place inside and out. Amenities were great. WiFi was having difficulties but just needed to be reset, and the host was aware and messaged us regarding the issue before we were even fully aware of it! Definitely would come back for future getaways!

1. Favorite: The beds were super comfy… u will get a great night sleep any of the 4 beds that are here… we all loved it. The beds were amazing.. High-lights: 2. Good time snowmobiling and ice fishing on the lake. 3. Relaxing in the hot tub at 10pm, 20° outside with many stars in the sky…

We needed to find immediate accommodations quite late at night. Luckily, our host was super helpful and made the whole process a breeze. She was a lifesaver! Our visit was absolutely amazing. The location and accommodations were aesthetically pleasing and perfectly aligned with our requirements. We sure hope we will visit again!

Garrett’s place was so cozy and cute! We loved relaxing there with our little family. The hot tub feels private without neighbors being able to see you. The beds are nice (primary bedroom bed is super plush, but you can take the mattress topper cover off if that doesn’t work for your back). We loved walking to the restaurant in the evenings and playing darts and enjoying their specials. You can see the lake from the cabin windows, and the sunset from the kitchen. There were a lot of hospitable details that we really appreciated.

Our stay was exceptional! The home was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. Even though there were neighbors nearby, the tree-lined property and generous spacing made it feel peaceful and secluded—like our own private retreat. There were plenty of activities to keep our group entertained, and we never felt bored. The pool table and hot tub were the cherry on top, adding an extra layer of fun and relaxation. The host was very responsive and checked in at all the right times, making us feel well cared for throughout our stay. We miscalculated our drive and arrived earlier than expected, and they kindly accommodated our early arrival without any hassle. We would definitely stay at this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

We had a great stay! The house is beautiful and we can’t wait to go back. Close to another house but felt private. Close to the lake, hot tub was hot when we got there and incredible. We had a fire by the lake which we greatly enjoyed. Comfortable couches and beds. I greatly appreciated not having TVs everywhere and being able to enjoy people over screens. Steve was communicative and proactive.

Exactly as advertised. Clean, quiet, friendly, and right by the water. Perfect for a quiet stay.

This lake home is outstanding! Extremely clean, comfortable, and private. We caught a lot of bluegill and some bass off the dock, and our dog loved swimming in the lake. The owner also provided a great recommendation for a pontoon rental, which was the highlight of the trip! We will definitely be back in the future.

This cabin was wonderful for our family to have a nice long weekend together. The kitchen had more amenities and higher quality cookware than we had expected and helped us have some great family meals. A perfect sized cabin for the eight of us! Would absolutely stay again!

A hidden gem! Goodrich lake is a peaceful spot. The cabin is only a few steps away from the lake providing a wonderful view.

Perfect cabin for my bachelor party weekend. A lot of amenities and fun lake stuff along with a beautiful cabin.

We had a great time in your relaxing cabin on the lake, beautiful morning walks and evenings were so relaxing after a long day of stopping at most of the antique and thrifts shops around. The cabin was equipped with fun board games to play with the kids and we had everything we needed for cooking our meals. Thank again so much for hosting such a beautiful place and environment, it was a great trip!

We had a great stay at the Dam Cabins. Tiffany was awesome and the cabin was just what we needed for the weekend. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Tiffany was friendly, helpful, and I appreciate all she has done to keep a great business is Federal Dam. This location has a big spot in my heart.

We had such a wonderful and special weekend stay at Sunset Retreat!!! The home was so beautifully decorated and has a perfect layout...so many options for gathering from the large kitchen to the dining area, deck, basement large space with the walkout...it was so clean and well kept, it felt like we were using everything for the first time! Everything was very well done and thoughtful! The master suite is a dream with lake view and deck access, basement bedrooms were great and the bunk area is adorable! Beds were memory foam we slept amazing too! Then you go outside and WOW! The yard has a perfect gradul slope, a little beach area for our kids, a great bonfire space with plenty of firewood! The kids LOVED the kayakes! We added the pontoon and are so glad we did we spent a lot of time on the peaceful lake surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife! Fishing was great, we ate fish and brought lots home! What a perfect weekend for our family! Tank you so much!

Great cabin! Fully equipped with all the necessities and comfortable. This cabin is closest to the lake with nice lake views. While there are other cabins on the property we had enough privacy. Worked well for our family of 4.

Had a great stay! The location was even more beautiful than the photos! Makenzie was quick to respond to any questions I had and very helpful! Would definitely return. :)

Larry’s place was a perfect cabin in the woods for my family vacation. We took advantage of the paddle boards and kayaks provided, we spent most of our time on the lake, and Larry was very friendly when he stopped by to make sure we didn’t need anything. We loved this place so much we want to come back next summer. A perfect secluded place in the woods and highly recommend! Thanks Larry and Mary!

The pictures don’t do this cabin justice! It is bigger than the pictures make it look. The layout is nice. It has a variety of areas to sit in & relax. The screen porch with swinging bed is a neat addition. There is a decent sized fire pit with chairs around it. There were burning restrictions so unfortunately we couldn’t take advantage of that but would have had we been able to. We didn’t have to eat out as everything we needed we brought to cook on the full size stove/oven. It also had a large fridge, air fryer & many pots, pans, & utensils. It was very well maintained & very clean. It’s easy to find, not far off the main road, very peaceful & a great place to relax & enjoy the sounds of birds.
