Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Emeryville

Loved this spot! Spacious, bright, clean, private, great aesthetics, awesome kitchen gear. 5 stars all around. Would definitely stay here again. Oh, one more perk: the shower. I’m 6’1”, and the shower heads were well above my head! That’s a rare joy. I came in from the east coast for a workshop, and fell in love with all the gardens & plants in the neighborhood too. Totally different from what I’m used to. Beautiful. The only thing I’d suggest as a traveler is to bring an eye mask for sleeping. The skylights are really beautiful, but they let in light at night and super early morning too. Glad I had mine with me.

10/10 would recommend, and if visiting the area again would look forward to returning to stay with Carrie again. Nice, calm, safe neighborhood with optimal privacy. Carrie was in touch the whole time and made sure our stay felt like home. Thank you!!

We loved our stay at Alli and Abh’s place! First of all, the beds were extremely comfortable! We needed a place to stay the night before a flight so it was perfect. They put a lot of sweet touches throughout the house. Really well decorated/designed, and really adorable. You can tell this Airbnb is something they enjoyed creating together and they genuinely want their guests to have a positive experience-which you can really feel! Highly recommend staying there!

Awesome space in a very versatile area. Wish I could have stayed longer because it was a great base for all the things I was looking to do in the area. Will stay again.

From the pillows to the towels, everything was wonderful and we all slept well. The home is located on a very quiet street with no street noise and is in a wonderful and central location. The house was immaculate which is of great importance. Thanks for having us, Noah!

We had wonderful time at Heather and Steven’s home. Both are just great host’s, very helpful and proactive, communication was just quick and great. The home was easy to find and everything was as described. The location is fantastic, short walks the grocery stores, Bart and nice cafes. We are locking forward to our next stay with Heather and Steve and can just highly recommend this location.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and Vita made it an exceptional experience! She was incredibly responsive and even checked in with me mid-stay to make sure I had everything I needed. Her thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants were much appreciated and helped me make the most of my visit. The house is just a 4-minute walk from a free shuttle that goes straight to the BART station, which made getting into San Francisco a breeze. I was able to leave my car parked in the driveway and avoid the stress of city driving and parking—such a relief! The neighborhood is very quiet at night, and I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The home looks exactly like the photos, with a beautifully designed kitchen and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Vita truly thought of everything to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her place again the next time I’m in the area!

The house was nice and clean. It smelled really good. Me and my brothers were in town for my nephews high school graduation and the location of the house was about 8 minutes away. The host was very communicative and checked in daily to make sure everything was going ok.

Micky and Steven were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and accommodating. Their place was the perfect quiet sanctuary after busy days. Lots of things near by, yet had a cozy neighborhood vibe. I wish my schedule had been less hectic so I could spend time in their lovely garden. This place is a gem.

The place was very nice. We have kids & grandkids in the Bay Area and like to visit as often as possible. The place was clean and comfortable but most of all very welcoming. And Ramil reached out to make sure our needs were met. If the need arises we would definitely stay there again

We loved our stay at Jan’s place in Berkeley. The space was great for our trip. We absolutely loved the deck and hot-tub. We spent most evenings sitting out there for hours! You also can’t beat the views of the bay! Overall, such a wonderful stay, we would for sure go back and recommend to all our friends and family.

Urban oasis is the perfect description for this residence. So quiet. Restful, verdant backyard patio (blooming Angel Trumpets were heavenly scented!), sweet dogs and comfortable and attractive furnishings. Was able to cook my breakfast every morning and easily heat up leftovers with well-outfitted kitchen and high-end appliances. Loved how eco-friendly the home is. Murphy bed in the living room was perfect. Walkable restaurants nearby - esp. Homeroom's mac & cheese! Loved everything about this place. We will definitely stay here again when visiting relatives nearby.

Ruby's place is exactly as advertised - very comfortably appointed, walkable to some of my favorite spots in Berkeley, and the private garden seating area just outside the double-kitchen doorway was simply beautiful. I will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

We had an amazing stay! This was one stop on an extended road trip with our children, and once we discovered well-appointed it was we extended our stay by another day. It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of five. The bedroom had plenty of space for us to set up our air mattress, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Jeremy and Miranda were kind and welcoming and gracious. They gave very helpful answers to our questions, recommended Muir Woods for hiking and gave us a heads up about the reservation process. This was a lovely place and we were sad to leave.

We came in town for a wedding in Berkeley and were so fortunate to find Jason's place as there was nothing available near the venue. It was only for an overnight stay for five people and a dog and it was absolutely perfect. Check in was after 4:00 p.m. yet the wedding started at 5:00. We asked Jason if we could arrive a little early to get ready and he responded quickly with a yes. That was a definitely life saver! His place was clean, spacious, and even had a backyard and a garage space for the car. We would definitely recommend Jason's place!

Nader, We love the Deco and the Vibes of the home. Toilet has heated seats and in-Built Bidet spray for your Ehem-ehems! Toaster,water boiler,many pans, oven, microwave, he has everything u need. I asked about Aircon🙈. We did. not need aircon as The weather is so nice and cold at Night (11degrees 13-18Jun). We loved that Nader is a responsive and responsible host. My 15yr old son had a home accident and broke a hanging light fixture at the dining area as he stood up. We informed Nader of the issue. Super-host asked "firstly, is your son okay? Does he need medical attention? I have a first aid kit in the home". Super-host Wins!!! (Inna haza larizkunna mallahu minnafad. We really enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely and conveniently located. Mill Valley is a beautiful town. I would highly recommend this property.

Amy met me to give me the keys and walked me through the condo to explain everything. It was a very personal approach. She also reached out to me the first morning to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Everything was spotless and very high end. The place was very quiet and peaceful. I especially enjoyed the patio. I would highly recommend Amy's place to anyone looking for a base to enjoy San Francisco. I intend to stay again the next time I need a place in San Francisco for a few days.

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

I read all the reviews online about Kimberly's place so I knew it would be nice. The large closet was awesome, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The only problem I had (I knew this ahead of time) was hearing the owner's kids above us. Most of the time, no problem and never at odd times. I did feel the parents were as courteous as possible for 2 small kids but it was hard to take a nap a couple of times. I am used to a single home so this may play into it. I still recommend their place but keep in mind, occasionally, you hear people upstairs as also written in other reviews.

During my stay at Joann’s place, I felt safe and very comfortable. The whole home is bright and spotlessly clean, with greenery visible outside the windows. Parking was very convenient, and communication with her was smooth throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to cook and enjoy a good glass of red wine. The sofa was cozy and the bed was spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a wonderful place—thank you!
