Upstairs are two bedrooms and an open sleeping alcove, as well as the bathroom with sauna. (Sauna fee, see photo). Guest parking; (bicycles, printer on request). Dogs: (no large males or bitches in heat) allowed only on the first floor. Train station 1,8 km: NWB Oldenburg - Bremen, Bremen airport / 30 km.

The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

The cottage is centrally located, right in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. A nice, cozy little house on the edge of the old center. Fully furnished, comfortable and fully equipped. Can be booked for a short or longer stay. On the first day, a partly organic, self-service breakfast will be ready for you. Supermarket nearby is at Meeuwerderweg 96-98 (open until 10 p.m./Sunday 8 p.m.) The B&B does not have its own parking space. Not far and the cheapest option is the Oosterpoort parking garage - street name is Trompsingel 23.

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. It is about 2 km to the dike edge, 1 km to the baker (Rysum), 11 km to other shopping (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike tours in East Frisia.
