Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Two beautiful bedrooms with a king-size bed and two single beds are ideal for families, couples or small groups. The sofa can also be converted into a comfortable bed. Gerne auch Handwerker/Monteure! Das alte Haus und somit auch die 3 Wohnungen wurden komplett kernsaniert /renoviert und sind im Jahr 2025 fertig für die Vermietung geworden. Das Haus Wattwurm liegt in bester Emder Innenstadtlage und somit ist man schnell am Delft/Hafen und den umliegenden Geschäften. Neben dem Haus ist ein großer Parkplatz (Kostenpflichtig) Die Wohnungen wurden in einem gemütlichen Stil eingerichtet und sind Kinderfreundlich. 😊

This 11 square meter place is anything but ordinary. Nevertheless, everything you need is available. The 2x2 meter bed can be reached via a ladder in the gable of the house. Both a small kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom are available in our space miracle. The sofa and TV invite you to linger. When booking, the address data of the booking person will be requested. This is required for verification due to local accommodation tax.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.
