the ap do allan is amazing, the view is beautiful and reminds a lot of the lima would make, it is very close to anything you need, I hope I can come back more times!

Delicious, pleasant, comfortable, technological apartment, magnificent sunset view, quiet, high floor, free parking available, coffee maker, barbecue, all imaginable utensils available on site, restaurants and cafeteria within the condominium complex itself. We rented to go to the American consulate, which is only 4 minutes away on foot. The stay was excellent, too bad it only lasted 1 day.

This space is AMAZING... to the smallest details, it conquers everything. Any qualification is below what he represents when we are hosted. As for the HOST, what an INCREDIBLE person, REQUESTS... I will return a thousand times. I love it

Very good apartment with a very good location too! Easy check-in and a very welcoming and attentive hostess. Just one important observation is that depending on the route you are going to take, the GPS may indicate that you pass through the favela.

The name (delícia) lives the house, which is a real delight, a special place. I felt inside the forest literally. I loved my daily backyard visitors, such as birds, marmosets, quatis etc. Rafaela is super kind, polite and patient. I highly recommend it.

Airbnb matches very well what is shown in the listing photos. It is a small building in the back of the host's house, which has three floors. It occupies the entire first floor, which is lower than the street. Access is through the host's garage, then down a side corridor, and then 13 steps of stairs. There is no elevator. The host lives on the second floor of the house and is always available. Access to Airbnb is restricted to the people listed on the reservation. During our stay the washing machine was broken but there is a self-service laundry a few meters from the Airbnb. The yard is quite spacious and the atmosphere is airy. The kitchen is very well equipped, we had no difficulty cooking lunch. The TV is large and is connected to a stereo system complete with three speakers.

Pleasant accommodation, the environment being exactly the same as in the pictures. The host, Rubens, was extremely polite and proactive, showed us places and restaurants and was flexible on check-in and checkout times. I recommend it for families seeking quiet space and location.

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

Without words to describe how nice it was to spend the carnival at Malu's house. All tidy, clean sheets, house was spotless and in person is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Communication with Malu was the best experience I had with Airbnb, I felt that she treated me like a friend, always worried and super helpful. I loved the house and the Malu is a 1000. Thank you Malu for the fantastic days at your home.

I loved the accommodation. Clean space and very well used with the furniture and layout that was set up. Ideal for 2 people, Max 3, if it is a child and sleeps on the sofa bed. The kitchen makes it easy to prepare small meals. For breakfast and/or a simple dinner (using few utensils and pots). Very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom, good size and well equipped (offers hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap. And an incredible record). There is a very good market next door (3 min walk). Easy to get an Uber. For those who go to Transamerica, it is very close (about 10 minutes by car - no traffic). Congonhas airport is also close. and to the Barra Funda terminal (about 30 to 40 minutes by car-without traffic). The condominium is very nice The well-equipped gym. The well-educated staff. Would recommend your stay

Great location for those going to the Albert Einstein stadium or hospital. Clean, organized and very complete apartment, especially in kitchen utensils. Fantastic leisure area. The only observation is that the apartment faces the street, so it is natural that there is noise from cars and buses.

Very small space, but for a person's stay and for the amount charged is worth it. Neighborhood very quiet. Clean space, pleasant, comfortable. The bathroom is missing a hygienic shower.
