Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Emba

Nice and secluded! It was a great location to be near the water and away from crowds. The host gave us good recommendations of things to do and we had a great time. The two hour timer on the air conditioners was a little annoying, but we only woke up a couple times to turn them back on.

Such a great place, so handy for the harbour, easy to hop on buses at the end of the road to go anywhere. only half an hour on the bus to the airport. Very comfortable bed and bedding.

We had a great experience. The villa is very spacious and comfortable, and the scenery is beautiful. George is a very helpful and friendly host! Looking forward to returning one day.

Great communication from Matheos in the lead up to our arrival and while there, and the villa looks just as pictured with that absolutely stunning pool really sealing the deal! Even though the villa is in a gated community, it really felt so peaceful and like we were alone looking out to the surrounding hills and valley. If you are sensitive to pool temperatures then I suggest requesting heating beforehand, but doubt this is an issue in the summer time (already got quite warm from the Sun in May) and there’s also a great hot tub to hand for the evening. Also be aware that this villa has traditional plumbing infrastructure (typical in many homes on the island).

A lovely flat in a beautiful setting. The flat was as described, plus a large veranda. It was easy to find (it’s listed on google maps), and Yiannis was responsive and helpful. Vouni Panagia is just across the road, where you can do a very reasonably-priced wine-tasting with great Cypriot wines. We walked part of the Vouni Nature Trail, which was also spectacular.

We booked this visit whilst staying at Margarita’s last year. We’ve been counting the days since and when we arrived it was like we hadn’t been away. The peace and tranquility of the setting hasn’t changed and we slipped into holiday mode instantly. The accommodation has everything you need for your stay and the gardens / pool make you not want to leave the terrace area from sunrise to sunset. Margarita was very helpful with check in instructions as we were arriving later than we’d like due to the flight we had booked. She was also very responsive to any questions we had and provided us with information on local events and how they may effect us (local holidays and Potential shop closures) Loopie the resident cat was there to greet us every morning and would pop by in the evening to see us for a little chat and a head scratch. I have never visited the same holiday accommodation more than twice, but this place is so perfect we have already booked for our 3rd visit next May.

Moronero Villa is a very special place. It is a historic stone building set in peaceful mountain surroundings. It has been refurbished and furnished in a style that fits its history and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Episkopi does not have any shops. There is only a restaurant run by the friendly Costas but it is only a 20 minute or so drive from Paphos, beaches and the airport. Savvas did everything he could to make our stay run smoothly. When the coffee machine stopped working he delivered a brand new one the same day! Highly recommended.

The room was clean and we had everything we needed plus there is a shop downstairs which was very practical. Nikos was a super friendly host who gave us recommendations for what to do in Paphos, he answered my messages within 5 minutes and always tried to help.

Spotlessly clean, modern design and furnishing. All the necessary equipment and washing machine is there. Easy flow inside the apartment and a pool is in the shared yard. Overall well presented and maintained airbnb.

Very good location, renovated apartment with many amenities!

Light, well furnished, clean, spacious apartment . We used the balcony a lot... lovely outlook, sea view from one side. Generous welcome goodies, bowl of fruit etc. So helpful ...washing powder under sink, so didn't need to buy a whole pack for one wash. Under 10 minutes walk to main bus route with good connections to everywhere. A couple of minutes longer to seafront and miles of promenade walk. Fabulous location

From when we booked to when we departed Nitzan was always available if required. The apartment is set in a lovely block with communal pool, 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants on King of Tombs road. Used the local buses to get to coral beach and the town centre which has more lovely restaurants. Weather was fantastic and we could not have asked for more. We enjoyed a very relaxed holiday staying at Wolfgang’s very clean, comfortable & modern apartment. Loved the balcony for sitting out before & after exploring during the day. We used the pool to chill on hot days (for us) ! Perfectly quiet & private Used the washing machine several times as we only took cabin bags for 11 nights. Clothes dried overnight & the iron is brilliant. As previous reviewers have stated all local amenities are within walking distance including local buses if not hiring a car. Wolfgang has been a real super host with excellent communication, advice & recommendations, friendly and hospitable. His partner Tanja & Wolfgang invited us in for drinks on their balcony & to his birthday bbq on the roof terrace - great start to our holiday. At the end, we were able to enjoy a late checkout (as no one was in the following day) before heading to the airport - very easy by bus from Tomb of the Kings bus station €2pp or €3 after 9pm. Thank you Wolfgang & Tanja.

Our stay at Marianna’s penthouse apartment was excellent. She was an amazing host, quick to respond and very helpful. Breakfast was made in the mornings at 9am which was outstanding. She catered for my partner and I who are vegetarians. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything that we possibly needed. I would highly recommend this apartment. Taxis do need to be booked a little ahead of time if you’re heading out but it’s like this throughout Paphos. p.s private roof pool is as good as the photos

Simon's description of his apartment & neighbourhood is totally honest and accurate. It is clean, fresh and airy and perfect for those just wanting to chill, or for those who simply want a base for exploring further afield. It has everything necessary to enable self-catering whilst being really well situated to allow for very reasonably priced eating out. With wise choices, you can quickly learn how to eat out cheaper than to self-cater! There is also a commercial laundry just outside the gate, a small coffee shop & supermarket, and various excellent grills & tavernas. The apartment is definitely not the best for those who love people-watching but a 10-minute walk will take you to the beach area where you can rent a sun-lounger & umbrella for £5 per day. A 15 min. walk along the beautiful front will take you to the harbour area, again with plenty options for eating out & stunning sunsets at the end of the day. Simon is always ready to advise - nothing seems too much trouble!

Little place of heaven , its are second stay, wonderful apartment , clean , bright , great views , chill out place for sure, as for host Katerina, absolutely fantastic , if needed , quick response always there to help , can not fault at all , great holiday , great apartment , great hosts 👍👏👏back next year , carnt wait

Janes apartment was just what we needed just back from two fantastic weeks , we arrived at silly o’clock in the morning and because Janes instructions were so clear that was a perfect start to our holiday , the apartment had everything you need plus lots of other things to make your stay pleasant, this was my first air B&B it was just perfect so many fantastic places within walking distance to eat out at too , the pool was a delight to use too , thank you for a fantastic holiday , we will be back .

This is a great place to stay, has everything you need and is close to a lot of activities and not far from the main tourist areas. Demetris was a great host and was always available to answer our questions. Would recommend staying here.

We are satisfied with our stay. It is a small place, but enough for 2 people for a short stay ( we stayed for 4 nights). 10 mins walking distance to coral bay beach and a lively street full of restaurants yet inside a residential complex so it’s calm. The kitchen was equipped for simple cooking and there’s a nespresso machine. Functioning AC, tv and sofa. My only concern was the ants problem ( which i also saw in another review). We bought some fruits and it attracted some ants coming from outside. So it’s a bit annoying to have to really be careful on not leaving any food or crumbs.

Great apartment to stay in during your stay in Cyprus. Hosts are responsive and ready to help. The apartment has a separate bedroom which provides convenience for longer stay. Location is good, not too far from Pafos centre but we recommend renting a car if you wish to visit the area or commute with ease :) Overall we recommend this place!

Sylvia’s apartment was lovely, clean and well located. Private parking, patio and a well looked after pool only a step away. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen, ample storage space, clean towels, toiletries, kitchen equipment, Netflix, dining table and chairs, settee. Also outside seating & table etc.. including 2 new Sun beds etc.. Ironing board, Iron, hairdryer everything you need! Sylvia was always only a message away if needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend apartment for location and value.

Estea's place was a good base for us to enjoy our stay in the Paphos area. The Apartment is basic but functional with everything you could need for your stay. Location wise its a short walk to the Kato Paphos area where there are bars and restaurants and the harbour a little further. The old town is a longer walk but is worth a visit too. Parking is free and very useful if you have a car. The area itself seems a little rundown but did not feel unsafe, there are lots of new developments going on around it with new buildings being built. We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.

We felt comfortable here. The bed is 1.2m, which may be too small for some couples. Then be sure to organize Jacobs Tabs for coffee. Savvas Grill Restaurant with great Stifaki just around the corner. To the beach 10 minutes. Simple standard but everything there except for dishwasher. The view from the balcony and the atmosphere at breakfast are worth booking here.

Lovely peaceful area loved sitting on the balcony watching the sea the apartment had everything you needed Glenis was a wonderful host and Jane was also brilliant with her support and local knowledge I certainly would recommend a visit
