A stylish and spacious recently renovated recording studio, which has been finished to a high spec with exposed timber beams, brickwork and a stunning log burner perfect for relaxing after exploring all that Hampshire and West Sussex have to offer. There is a large double bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and an open plan living area with sofa beds and log burner that can accommodate up to 3 further guests. There are 3 fantastic pubs within walking distance - one only 50m away!

Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Perfectly situated for walkers and cyclists as we are right on the South Downs Way and a short drive for Goodwood events. Set in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Newly built in 2022. The Annex is totally self contained and separate from the main house. With a fully equipped kitchen and en-suite shower room. Just a 10 minute walk to the centre of town with its many eateries and stunning walks around Cowdray and the local countryside. Midhurst is a lovely old market town with great cafes and boutique shops. Many pubs, River walks and first class polo can be found just a stones throw away.

Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. We stayed for one night while attending a family party nearby. Gerry responded quickly to any enquiries and was very helpful. The studio was easy to find and was clean and comfortable. We would definitely like to explore the area further, so hopefully will be able to return in the future. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely studio.

Absolutely amazing stay in the cabin and can't wait to go again. It was the perfect place to slow down - so secluded in such beautiful and peaceful surroundings, and there's a sauna on the farm, which was a surprise added bonus! We had lovely lunch at Duke of Cumberland Arms which Edd and Mea recommended. All in all a fantastic place and wonderful hosts. Thank you!
