Located in central Florida, between Orlando and Tampa; 3 miles from Legoland, 5-10 minute walk from shopping and restaurants on Cypress Gardens Blvd. The Cute & Cozy is also in a great location from Florida's amazing beaches, just under 2 hours east or west. I really enjoyed my stay here at Laurie’s place! Nice and serene, the lake accross the street is beautiful, the stay itself was well equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils for all of your general needs. Will stay again if I’m in the area, Laurie is so personable and such a pleasant host.

Norma was an incredible host, accommodating my last-minute request and providing a spotless, secure, and peaceful abode. Clear instructions on parking and entry were provided, and she even welcomed me upon arrival, offering assistance with my luggage. Its proximity to hospitals and shopping centers makes it the ideal choice. I will definitely book again!

Jacob & Eva are amazing hosts ! This particular AirBnB experience was a pleasant and easy one, great experience! It was definitely worth what I paid, host was very responsive. Check-in instruction was a breeze, walkable to major shopping plaza with many different restaurants(Golden Corral/Tijuana Flats/Wells Fargo bank/Dollar Tree and many more). Easy walk to LEGOLAND & PEPPA PIG THEME PARK, felt safe enough to even go on a run in the neighborhood. Thank you again!!

Spotless! Whoever is running this place takes pride in it! From the guestbook down to the labelled everything in this room, it's all VERY organized and ready for your stay. Very clean and I appreciated very much the amenities like the mosquito repellent and sunscreen because of COURSE in central florida that is a MUST. Only, ONLY complaint I have is the instructions for the door lock are not 100%. You don't just pull the handle towards yourself, you also have to press the lock button and quickly turn the lock afterwards, and when opening you have to put the code in and quickly unlock afterwards. But that doesn't take 5 stars from a place. Location was great, expectations were met, and I felt right at home! Thank you so much to Evolve!!
