Apartment ideally located just past the beautiful St Joseph's Church. In a small building of 5 units. Stay in peace and quiet, ideal for a business trip or sightseeing. This 42 m2 T2 (renovated in April 2021) is unobstructed, crossing (south east /south west) and very bright! Dual-zone underfloor heating (possible to differentiate the temperature of the room). Wifi Fibre, new 30"TV in the living room with NETFLIX! Free and easy parking!
