Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ellicottville

Loved this place. Very tasteful and very very clean. Beautiful windows and light looking out on well maintained yard and trees. The wrap around deck was great to relax. Beds and linen were cozy as were the sofas. Keith was terrific to communicate with and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again. Came with my sister and brother in law for family gatherings and visit our Portville home town.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a St. Bonaventure graduation. The house had plenty of sleeping space for our guests, as well as hangout space. It was quiet and close to Ellicottville. Would recommend Chris' place if you want a quiet getaway from the slopes or area parks/activities.

Beautiful place to stay convenient to Ellicottville, horseback riding. Hot tub was great too. Nice to have option of campfire or gas fire pit on deck. Fire pit on the deck seemed to be our favorite hangout spot morning & night!! We had a little trouble starting gas grill and Kevin was quick to respond & come over to help us. Six of us and we All had our own room plenty of bathroom two separate living areas it was perfect for us!!! Definitely would stay again.

Stayed for SBU graduation. Perfect location and great place to stay for the weekend. Close to town, campus and Eville for dinner one night! Aaron’s place was perfect for the family, enough parking, one floor for grandparents and all the amenities we could need. Just wish it was nicer weather to enjoy the back yard and fire pit!

My friends and I felt right at home. The house was huge (as described!) and had the most amazing views! The hot tub was a nice bonus too. We would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed staying at Genevieve‘s place for our daughter‘s graduation from Saint Bonaventure. So many places we stay are so bland and unmemorable, but Genevieve‘s place was such a treat and will provide us many memories along into the future. She was very creative in decorating, and had lots of fun things to do in the house. We look forward to returning someday.

We booked this for a siblings getaway, and it was perfect! The bedrooms were beautifully appointed upstairs and we had room for everyone. The location was perfect for walking around the village.

This little cabin feels so secluded and far away from the hustle and bustle of life but is only 13 minutes or so to the town of Ellicottville. The view of the rolling mountains/hills and pond are unbeatable. We loved falling asleep each night and waking up each morning to the sounds of nature. Each morning we looked forward to our cup of coffee out on the covered porch-- which came in handy because we had colder temps and rain but were able to stay cozy and dry with blankets and the roof! Everything was clean and comfortable and Bette was extremely kind and responsive. She even let us stay late on our check out day because she didn't have new guests coming and perhaps because we'd had poor weather. Finally, Bette rescued our senior dog and brought him back to us after he'd wandered off into the woods... we would HIGHLY recommend staying here and we know we'll be back! Hope you get a chance to meet Bette-- she's wonderful.

Fun time visiting good friends the area, not far from Ellicottville, one of our favorite places. Quiet and cozy, everything we needed for preparing meals and snacks. We very much enjoyed our stay, thanks!

Michelle was very accommodating and communicated well. We stayed in the basement apartment, which was clean and comfortable. The backyard was beautifully landscaped. Very convenient—just minutes from downtown Ellicottville.

I can’t say enough about this place. It’s my second time staying here. Had an amazing time once again highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was great, with easy access to local attractions, skiing and restaurants. The space had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Clean place close to the slopes and about a 10min walk to downtown!

This was our first time in this cute town, as we wanted to visit Niagra Falls yet stay away from the hubbub as it was Memorial Day weekend and voila, we found this beautiful abode. The place was peaceful, spotless, cozy, and perfectly located—right above Tim Horton’s, just a short walk across with street to Steelbound Brewery and less than 5 mins drive to the town with lot of food options. From there our drive to Niagra Falls was very scenic and about an hour and 20mins. Molly was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We absolutely loved this place and Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway

The place was great. It was in Beautiful setting backyard was really pretty. The only problem is it was very cold there for the end of May. Although they had heat we were satisfied with that. It kept us warm and cozy. The place inside was so beautiful, very comfortable and clean. I think that anybody that stays here would be very happy and comfortable .Very communicative!! We hope to stay there the next time we come into town ! Thank you Mitch for your hospitality

We have stayed in Susan's home multiple times and she never disappoints. Her hospitality is above and beyond, and she goes out of her way to make you feel cozy and right at home! She has everything you need to get started for your stay and then some - including decent toilet paper, tissues, a lighted make up mirror and cozy blankets amongst many other things. Everything was very clean as always and she's quick to respond to any communication. Her place is very convenient to downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski Resort - maybe 10 minutes. If you're looking for an awesome place to stay.......this is it!

DJs place was wonderful for a ski vacation get away. It is a warm and inviting spot that is quiet. Great for kids and friends to gather and enjoy time together. Would definitely book again!

This is such a great place for a family gathering. We had a small family gathering for my twins’ 9th birthday the day before I was taking my daughter for an orientation at St Bonaveture and it was roomy and comfortable for everyone. Kitchen is well equipped. Also no stairs was nice. Kids loved the gameroom. Great location close to both Ellicottville and SBU. Everyone was happy.

Host was very responsive and gave recommendations when we asked. The house itself and the surroundings are lovely and we didn't want to leave! Many things were provided to us so not once were we concerned if we'd forgotten to bring something. They were even kind enough to provide us a bunch of dry firewood since it'd been raining a bunch our first day. Would love to visit again in the future when it's warmer and the plants have bloomed :)

Darren was a great host. The home had everything in the listing and he was easy to get in contact with. I definitely would recommend Darren as a host.

The house was clean and as described. We had some rain so the covered outdoor seating area was very much appreciated. Spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. We spent most of our time sitting outside visiting but it looked like there were lots of games, books, and movies in the living room. We were easily able to get rides into town from local drivers for nights out.

First time booking with Airbnb. The host, Tim, was very responsive and provided helpful information on where to park and how to access the cabin. He recently installed a whole house filter which is a nice amenity to add to the wonderful features already provided. We really loved being able to relax out by the fire pit while listening to the trickle of the stream. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall great but im thinking 1 more heater would have been great. Well i didnt know how to use the unit on the wall. Lol. User error. Overall great stay.

Perfect little getaway! The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The property was absolutely beautiful. Our dog loved it and had fun playing with Elsa :)
