Cute quaint little cottage… beautiful location

Follow Alan’s instructions and you will find the house without a problem. It is so nicely secluded yet right on the main road through town. Used the grill. Love how the tub is tucked in the bathroom to save space and still be usable. The combination of antique fixtures and up to date services was wonderful. Missed having. Washer and dryer but coin laundry was right down the road. They have the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a air bnb. Lots of spices, a few staples, dishes. We had a great stay.

Sharon’s place was a great place to stay for the week as we transitioned to our new home in Erie. It suited all our needs well and we would stay again if need be! Great location close to all Erie has to offer.

We will be back! My family and I have stayed in this house a few times, but this was our first since the new owners bought it.. and it this was our best stay yet! The house was even cleaner than before, stocked with more, and just a better homey feel. Plus, the kids toys were perfect for our littles. We plan to book next year!

This was the first time in a few years my family was all together. We all loved the house, the kids really enjoyed the board games,the swings set and the tree swing was the most popular thing! The house had everything we needed as we cooked all our meals there, and the location is close to everything we needed. The weather was not good most of the week,but we visited the Erie Zoo, Childrens museum (which is awesome) and the one nice day, we went to Waldamere which is a family favorite. We are planning on going back next year and will definitely stay here again!

Great location, very walkable to shops/restaurants in town and also right along the main route of the wine trail. The inside has been updated to look modern while still maintaining a lot of charm. We visited in November so didn’t get a chance to enjoy the outside, but noted the nice fenced yard with fire pit and a covered hangout area which would be lovely in warmer weather. We really appreciated how well stocked it was with options to make any guest happy (coffee and tea, popcorn and blankets for a movie night, all kinds of games, dog supplies, etc.). The hosts really thought of everything, and I would recommend a stay here to anyone. We traveled as two couples doing the wine trail for a weekend, and it worked perfectly for us.

As soon as we opened the door, we were greeted by a wonderful scent that instantly made us feel at home. The moment we took in our surroundings, I exclaimed, “I never want to leave this place!” We enjoyed the most peaceful and relaxing weekend, and this enchanting home played a significant role in that. I particularly loved kayaking on the lake, where I had great success fishing after picking up some live bait. The home is exquisitely decorated, with stunning outdoor views that simply take your breath away. My best friend was captivated by the sounds of the bullfrogs and even researched the meanings behind their different calls. Overall, this experience was truly magical, and I can't wait to return!

We stayed for a college graduation and it fit our entire family comfortably to spend time together for the weekend. I would stay here again

Emily was an incredible host!! We arrived slightly earlier than planned and she immediately came down to the tiny home to make sure everything was ready, even leaving some amazing bread and homemade jam as a welcome gift Although we didn’t have great weather, property was wonderful to walk around and proximity to ellicottville and sculpture park was great. Emily’s picnic was to die for!! Had it waiting for us when we got back from town. When we wanted to make a fire after dinner, she brought down a ton of firewood for us as soon as I messaged her. 10/10 would come again!! Perfect staycation for the Buffalo area

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beyond the description. It was beautiful and extra roomy. We had a group of bridesmaids stay here for the weekend as we prepared for a friend’s wedding! Having a bathroom in each room was incredibly helpful for couples to get ready for the wedding. The location was extremely private but also close to Chautauqua Institution where the wedding was held. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful when booking. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home! Spacious and comfortable! Backyard was completely fenced in, and the neighborhood was quiet! The kitchen had almost every type of appliance and utensil that you would want for a “staycation!” The hot tub was also delightful and well maintained! And plenty of towels! We look forward to coming in the summer

Joelle’s accommodations were perfect for my team doing work in Seneca Nations. They were able to come back after a long day and said it was like a home away from home.

Cute place to stay if you’re needing to be in this area. I was in the area for a wedding that was at the CHQ Barn. It was only about a 6 minute drive. So convenient. Inside the Airbnb was very cute. Had everything we needed. The shower water had a smell to it, I’m assuming because it’s well water. It didn’t bother me because I’ve used well water before while camping and it looked clean and clear, but it may be off putting to others. I’d stay again if I were in the area again! I’d recommend it to anyone. Best cellar I’ve been in lol

This place was amazing you guys have put in a lot of work into it. Me and my family camped here for 6 years when I was a kid and coming back brought up so many memories!! Things were the same, but a lot has changed which I love! The owners were super sweet and made sure we had an amazing time! It was so peaceful! THEY ALSO HAVE WIFI!!! I think what you guys have coming in the future will make the place even more interesting/exciting! I can’t wait to come back!!

Had a great stay and fun time in the surrounding area hiking. Nice Airbnb for a weekend getaway, would definitely stay again.

Kelly's cottage was perfect for me and my boys to get away! The stream behind the house was lovely and just a short paddle to Chautauqua Lake. My kids loved the hot tub! The cottage was fully stocked with dishes to cook with and coffee and snacks (my boys loved the mini popcorn!), as well as, plenty of fresh linens and towels. We had such a great time and are looking forward to making this a yearly tradition already!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary trip. We loved that Dave respected our privacy with having an easy check in and check out without any interactions. We loved the peace and private beach area! We recommend comfortable hiking shoes for the walk to the beach and bug spray if you aren’t a fan of the outdoors and adventure. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Kyler’s home just after Christmas, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home during the holidays. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made meals a breeze, and the cozy living spaces were perfect for relaxing together. There was even a Christmas tree in the living room and our kids loved that touch! Kyler was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Highly recommend for a peaceful and well-maintained getaway!

Place was nice and very clean. It was similar to staying in a hotel room with coffee, fridge and microwave available. Great for what we needed for our weekend stay. Would definitely recommend.
