We stayed for a college graduation and it fit our entire family comfortably to spend time together for the weekend. I would stay here again

Perfect for what we were looking for. Very convenient ski in/out right off the slopes. Very responsive host and very clean.

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beyond the description. It was beautiful and extra roomy. We had a group of bridesmaids stay here for the weekend as we prepared for a friend’s wedding! Having a bathroom in each room was incredibly helpful for couples to get ready for the wedding. The location was extremely private but also close to Chautauqua Institution where the wedding was held. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful when booking. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home! Spacious and comfortable! Backyard was completely fenced in, and the neighborhood was quiet! The kitchen had almost every type of appliance and utensil that you would want for a “staycation!” The hot tub was also delightful and well maintained! And plenty of towels! We look forward to coming in the summer

The location and quality of the accommodations were we’re better than expected. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was a great coffee station, everyone had private areas, including private balconies. An added bonus was the shower/body spray station in the master bathroom. Highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a place in Ellicottville. Thank you Annamae

Michelle was very kind! Her empathy came to the forefront when she allowed us to keep one of our cars parked in the driveway for a few days after check out due to an emergency. If you'd like a quiet getaway with family, this is perfect! We also took a 45-minute car ride to Allegheny National Forest and spent several hours hiking. You can walk to the lake, and the public beach access is only a 15-minute drive (it has a very scenic view). Highly recommend!

Joelle’s accommodations were perfect for my team doing work in Seneca Nations. They were able to come back after a long day and said it was like a home away from home.

Our stay at Doris's is always a great experience. We look forward to seeing you next year for our fishing trip. Her cabin is peaceful, clean and equipped with everything we need!! After a long day of fishing, a camp fire and quiet time is the perfect ending! Thank you for offering this great, affordable place for our family to stay and for always being so accommodating!!

This place was amazing. We visit this lake frequently and didn't even know this canal existed. It's amazing to have a place to tuck the boat away and not have to worry about wind/waves. The entire community here was so friendly. The house was perfect! Clean, bright and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

We stayed with our 4 children at Patty's place - perfect spot just a few miles drive from Bemus Point where we access the lake. Patty was a friendly responsive host and the homemade blueberry muffins she left for us were top notch, as well as other breakfast foods. The home and furniture is significantly dated (as listing shows) but the price reflects that and it's a great option for less money then most. Also note the beds are quite firm and if you have young children, there's a good amount of decor/knick knacks in the house to be mindful of. Overall we loved it - the house is clean and comfortable and Patty is an amazing host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bemus Point. The location is very walkable which our group enjoys. The neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Janet was a particularly good host! The place was beautiful and peaceful, tucked in off the main road, easy to get to the lake! We loved the coffee that was supplied! We needed nothing more, the place was perfect and so was the host!

We had a great stay! The neighborhood is safe and cute and family friendly. The backyard was amazing for our dogs to run and play. The hosts were very quick to respond and resolve questions, and very kind. We look forward to staying here again!

Cute quaint little cottage… beautiful location

As awesome as the pictures are, they really don't do this place justice! My wife and I we're celebrating our anniversary early and I decided to surprise her with this cottage as it was right up her alley as far as designs, etc go. She also really loves going to Findley Lake for the candle shop, Chautauqua, etc. This was very central to all of her favorite places and the property was beautiful. driving there you pass a lot of rolling hills and farms. Then once we got there it was very private and secluded and had beautiful countryside scenery. Would definitely stay again!

Every element—from the cozy furnishings to the small, considerate touches—made us feel right at home. Andrea was also a wonderful host: responsive, kind, and genuinely thoughtful. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and grateful. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this special place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-cared-for home away from home

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The facilities accommodated all our needs. The grandkids enjoyed fishing off the dock and I was able to moor the boat with ease. I have little doubt we will return to the Kingfisher in the future. Great hosts!

Cozy and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet and walking distance to Lucille Ball Memorial Park on Lake Chautauqua. Kristyn was friendly, proactive, and accommodating. Will stay again if I'm ever back in Celoron.

House was clean and cozy. Great location

I had a problem with the lock box and host was very responsive and was quickly able to identify the problem and walk me through the process of the lock box. The host, Brenda even checked with me later to see if there were any other problems after check in. Very sweet people with a very beautiful and quiet home. i would definitely stay again.
