Great stay in Palmetto! The pictures don’t convey the size of the house, it was a lot bigger than I expected. The pool was great and the house was stocked with just enough. For longer stays you may need to bring/buy extra TP, garbage bags, laundry detergent, etc. The main part of the house does share a wall and a door with the separate entrance. We moved the dining table in front of the door because we couldn’t lock it from our side but we didn’t have any issues and we couldn’t hear the person living there. We’d stay again!

Will definitely stay again if I ever come back this way. I wanted a place that had a private pool and was pet friendly. I got both. The neighborhood is peaceful. The house is very spacious and clean. One downside, there is no tv in the master bedroom but that was fine too. Don’t need to be in bed with a pool like this one. Thank you for allowing me to stay.

Fran & Carla were absolutely wonderful hosts! This was our first time to the area so the Hilios House was a perfect place to stay. We had plenty of space for my husband, me and our toddler. And the pool was just a few steps away! I do wish it was a little closer to beaches and dining but overall our stay was terrific!

The hosts were exceptional, maintaining excellent communication throughout our trip and promptly addressing a couple of minor issues that arose during our stay. Their responsiveness and care made all the difference. The location on Anna Maria Island was perfect, and the home was comfortable and well-suited for our needs. We had a great experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy and the host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel right at home. The space was thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was how close we were to Anna Maria Island even when we hit traffic, the drive was never more than 45 minutes. The island itself is absolutely beautiful and well worth the short trip. It was the perfect spot for a day of exploring, relaxing, and enjoying the beach. We’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and welcoming from the moment we arrived. One of my favorite features was the screened area in the backyard, it was such a relaxing spot to unwind in the evenings to enjoy the warm weather without worrying about bugs. My children especially loved the movie theater room, which made our stay even more fun and memorable. The hosts provided a very helpful step-by-step guidebook with all the information we needed for the home and our stay, which made everything super easy and stress-free. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The hosts were friendly and responsive. It was so nice we didn’t need to pack our own pack n play for our trip to celebrate our daughter’s bday. They provided a pack n play, high chair, and toddler plates/utensils. The pool and backyard patio areas were great places to relax and stay cool from the heat. They provided more than enough towels for our group- both pool and beach essentials. We really enjoyed our stay!

Andrea was responsive & friendly. Location is FANTASTIC! Perfect for us & our dogs. LOVE the fenced in yard making it easy to take them out. Will definately stay with Andrea again if back in the area.

Their rental was our favorite so far! very clean and comfy. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed grilling out by the pool. Location was great. we enjoyed our nightly walks in their neighborhood on the water. Plan to come back!

The place was amazing. We rented both the Bungalow and the studio and it was perfect for our needs. Everything was just wonderful. Would highly recommend this property. The beaches are close, and there is a lot to do around the area. The host was amazing and we felt like she was right at hand if we needed anything.

My family and I loved it! We stayed at this house to go to St. Pete Beach. It was very easy to get to. The house was very nice, comfortable, and clean. They have lots of board games that the kids loved. The sunset view is beautiful, but bring mosquito repellent because there are a lot of them in the area. In short, it's a great value for money. I recommend it 100%.

This cottage was cozy and beautiful. It had everything you needed and more. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood & a close drive to the beach. We loved having access to the beach gear & the backyard had everything you could dream of. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

We had the most quiet and relaxing bachelorette weekend at Palm Haven! Tiffany has already thought of everything you might need for a weekend by the beach. The amenities made the whole trip a breeze, the house is beautiful, we had a perfect beach day and pool day filled the rest of our days with shopping and eating nearby based on Tiffany’s recommendations. This was, by far, my best experience at an Airbnb in all the years I’ve used the app! The house is beautiful— spacious yet cozy and filled with so many thoughtful details. You will want for nothing here: books, games, bug spray, citronella candles, towels (including wash cloths!), shampoo and body lotion for all skin and hair types, portable lights and speakers for outdoor use, and a smart TV on a cart which can be rolled anywhere in the house! I didn’t watch TV much, as I spent most of my free time in the luscious front yard enjoying bird watching and staring at the trees. The house is located a short distance to a lot of things, including a sweet little park/lake nearby. Nancy is a kind and generous host, respectful of privacy but also happy to chat, connect and make sure you have everything you need. I’m sad to leave this place, if there hadn’t been another reservation afterwards, I most certainly would have extended my stay! This is a wonderful, safe, and deeply restorative home.

Such a perfect escape for a family or a group of friends! The backyard feels like you’re in a private tropical paradise. There are so many amenities in this home you barely need to leave! On days you want to hit the beach, it’s only about 10-15 minutes to get to Anna Maria Island - very convenient location. This was one of our favorite rentals which is well documented by all the photos we took throughout the home - swimming in the pristine pool with the waterfall and fire features glowing, playing golf, watching movies in the theatre, sun bathing on the real sand beach with tiki hut, beautiful loungers and so much more! We already have ideas about the different groups of friends we want to share this property with! Such a score and the hosts are delightful too!!

One of the best airbnb host and property I’ve stayed. Heather was wonderful to ask questions/recommendations. Easy to find and check in. Well equipped kitchen, towels, beach stuff- super excellent per our group! Will stay again for sure! The kiddos enjoyed the pool so much. Home decor is beautiful, felt like home away from home indeed.
