I could not have hoped for a better host. I was here for the fiddlers gathering and the location was perfect. This couple really know what they’re doing and they make you feel right at home like part of the family While still respecting their guest privacy. Outstanding, I already booked another stay with them.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lakefront Serenity. The view was beautiful, house cozy, and loved the friendly cats! ❤️ We felt right at home and had everything we needed. The pedal boat was fun, too.

Super cute spot in close proximity to downtown Mount Airy. Super clean, very comfortable and very satisfying. Will definitely stay again.

Skylar’s place was just what I needed for my stay. As soon as I walked in, I was shocked at how big the space actually was. The bathroom was bigger than I expected and all the amenities were truly useful. Had a great stay at Skylar’s, will definitely be staying again.

Clean, very nicely remodeled. Easy to get in, I see reviews complaining about it being cold inside but I think it was perfect, about 68 F if I had to guess which is perfect. Private parking however I recommend using SUV or truck because the gravel driveway is very uneven. The Airbnb had everything you need, everything. The location is private but the surrounding streets are busy at night so just be aware. Overall good experience.

My friend and I loved our stay at Chris’s place. It was quiet, peaceful, and just what we needed to relax. The location is a very safe neighborhood, where we felt even comfortable getting out and taking a walk. Chris was super responsive to all of our inquiries. Best of all, this place is pet friendly! We really enjoyed our stay at this location! The home was very clean. Very kid-friendly, there were several games and movies to keep us all entertained! The host’s communication was great, very responsive. It was so easy to get around, too…a quick drive and you could easily visit all of the must-see locations! The neighbors were so friendly as well. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a home in Mount Airy!

Stayed here for a weekend getaway with a best friend who lives out of state along with our 7 children. It was a wonderful place to just hang back and relax. Lots of space for kids to hang out, they especially loved the massive second story deck with room for games. The views are phenomenal and the fire pit out front was a definite hit, we came prepared with s’mores supplies. Beds were comfortable, place was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with all supplies. The closeness was Stone Mount State Park was especially convenient. Steve was also a wonderful host, always quick to respond and was even totally understanding of a hiccup in our check-out. Would definitely stay here again!

I would put this Airbnb at the top of my list for locations I’d definitely stay at again. The condo was PRISTINE and has been very well cared for. Even things like baseboards, ceiling fans were free of dust. Those are the places that reveal how well a property is truly maintained and they get an A++ ! I echo the comments of many other reviewers that this was a much better choice than any hotel. Yes, it’s a walk to the 3rd floor, but the stair well is very wide, indoors and carpeted. So it was a very easy, pleasant and stable climb. I felt very safe going to the 3rd floor alone. I don’t have a single critique. If you are thinking of booking, do it! 😉

I stayed at this great location about a year ago and being able to return was great. Hawi remembered me and made sure I had everything I needed. It made me immediately feel at home to return. The space is clutter free, spacious, and clean. It was only me this trip, but there was plenty of space for others without tripping on anyone. The location is close to main roads, but set back far enough that it's quiet and calm - both things I really needed on this trip. Groceries, shopping, restaurants, and other shops are within walking distance or a short drive and medical centers are not far if that is why you were visiting. Parking is right outside the building and there was always space. This unit is on the second floor, so I had to remind myself not to try and carry everything up the stairs at the same time, but making 2 trips to the car was perfect. I hope this rental is available when I return again. Thanks for a great stay.
