We had a fantastic weekend staying here to celebrate my best friend. The house is gorgeous with so much space! The photos do not do it justice! There was a lovely pool and hot tub. Sarah came by to make sure we’d settled in and was available if we needed anything. We’d even got a later check out which was a great bonus. Everyone had a great time! I will definitely recommend booking The Granary! I would love to come back for another trip. Sarah had also left us a bottle of Prosecco to welcome us which was a lovely touch we appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay! Everything was clean and the bedroom were very nice with comfortable beds. The house had a very cozzy feeling to it. We didn’t had the right plugs for the phone charger and they were nice enough to borrow us 4. On the day of our check out we needed ice to put in the insulin container of my mom and they went above and beyond to get some ice for us, really thankful for that! Overall I would really recommend this place. Location was great too, close by to the beach and restaurants and just 1 hour away from Edinburgh

This was a lovely place to stay. I was attending a wedding close by and it was perfect for what we needed. Scott was great to communicate with and a really lovely guy, will definitely be back.

A fabulous lodge on a great site. So comfortable with everything you could want. Beautiful bedding and towels. Great showers. Lovely 5 ring cooker and plenty pits and pans. Tanya was great leading up to the visit making sure we had all the info we needed. Very responsive when we had one or two questions. The only minor issue we had is that there is no terrestial tv due to location. We had to use apps on our phone. Highly recommended.

Scots place was beautiful. Lots to do inside and outside. Kids had lot of fun as there were toys scooter and bike. There was colouring books and pens card games kids did not get enough time as we only booked for one night. Scott was kind and he extended our check out. Kids made the most out of it. Not far away from Edinburgh castle which was our holiday plans to explore Edinburgh city. Clean kitchen and toilet and shower. We had everything we needed in the caravan. I booked this property at short notice and the reason was because I saw that it had a good location and also a pool for my children to play in the water and that since I had a short time, I saw this as a good space, but the only thing is that the pool cannot be used in cold weather.... But in terms of being large, clean and tidy and having amenities, it is a very suitable place, just because I wanted to go to Edinburgh, which was an hour away. Most importantly, the owner was very kind and polite. He also lived in the property next door and was a very nice person. When we returned, our cat was lost in the garden and he helped us find it with great kindness and patience. I am extremely grateful to him, I recommend that you travel there for rest and accommodation.

The Granary - what an absolute gem of a place! Ideally located for walking the Fife Coastal Path, with ample onsite parking. The property was spotless, everything was perfect. The recliner in the lounge was very welcome after a long day walking! Bed was very comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. Kitchen is extremely well equipped - everything you could need has been thought of. Having the outside space was a total bonus - plenty of options of where to sit out in the evening. The welcome hamper of goodies was a very nice touch. All in all, The Granary really is excellent. I would certainly highly recommend for anyone looking for a base for walking or golfing in the area.

The Old Post Office is in a fantastic location. The fishing villages of East Neuk are gorgeous. Lots of walking and plenty of places to eat. The house is well equipped, and we had a very comfortable stay. My top tip, if you are there in the strawberry season buy the local ones from Pittenweem, they are the best! Thank you Helen.

This is the most beautiful cottage. As I walked through the door it felt so welcoming and had such great facilities. Everything was spotless and the furnishings, pictures and flooring made the place feel like home from home. The bedroom with a view over the sea was a particular delight. The view was great, the sound of the sea so calming and the bedding was so comfortable. The facilities at the cottage were great and it was obvious that Gillian had thought of everything a visitor might need in the kitchen. She also left loads of very helpful information for visitors and her recommendations for places to eat and shop were particularly useful. St Monans is very quiet and if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay with lots of luxurious touches, this is the place for you. I loved it and could happily have stayed for longer. I would definitely stay there again if circumstances took me to that area.

We stayed at Charlotte's house for a family 50th Birthday celebration and it was just the perfect place for 3 generations to relax, have fun and spend some quality time together. The whole house is beautiful and so well appointed with everything we could need both inside and in the garden. Kids and adults alike had a ball and it definitely lived up to being a peaceful house but just minutes from all the East Neuk has to offer. This is a stunning property and we loved our visit! 😍

Kittiwake House is a real home from home, with a touch of luxury. The main bedroom, located on the third floor, is superb with a fabulous sea views. The main bathroom is luxurious and large, as is the well appointed kitchen. Wendy, herself, was very friendly and helpful, especially when my Daughter and son-in-law accidentally locked themselves out! I highly recommend Kittiwake House and Wendy .. hopefully we can visit again in the near future.

Absolutely fantastic house with plenty of space, beautifully presented and with amazing sea views. The host met us on arrival and explained everything we wanted to know about the property, which has an amazing history. The property is beautiful, with all the equipment you need for a great stay. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom peaceful, with the sound of lapping waves if you open the window. The area is great, lovely coastal walks, tidal swimming pool and a supermarket a short drive away. Oh and of course the award winning fish and chip shop in Anstruther which is only 15 mins walk away!

We booked as a wee catch up/birthday and honestly it was lush, the farm is really stunning and the walks are just so peaceful. The property was spotless, looks amazing and you feel right at home from your first step in the door. The back garden is great if you have a dog (Fully fenced in) so we felt really relaxed knowing she wasn’t able to run off or anything. It is also walkable from Kinghorn station if you are okay with a country road still, obviously that’s not for everyone but we didn’t bring a car and it was fine! It was the calming chill vibes we wanted for our wee trip and it’s exactly what we got! We are planning our next stay already.

Caroline’s place is absolutely perfect. The decor is 2nd to none. The kitchen utensils were plentiful we all felt so at home there. Some lovely walks along the coast from the doorstep. Would love to return. Many thanks Caroline for a very enjoyable stay Jan, Jo & Nova

A beautiful home from home. Such a peaceful and restful place. House very spacious and well equipped for a perfect family holiday. Lovely coastline to explore too.

This lovely cabin ticked all the boxes required to suit 7 adults from families coming together from afar, different generations, and physical abilities. Spacious yet cozy. The conservatory table was perfect for hysterical games of UNO while the weather dazzled us with its fickle self outside the giant windows, shifting from glorious rainbows over the hills, thunderous rain, and sparkling sunrises. Walks from the cabin were enjoyed by everyone. A Park and Ride into Edinburgh and a short drive to Peebles made days out easy. We had an unexpected plumbing issue and it was sorted out immediately while we were out. All said they slept well and the shower pressure/supply of hot water is fantastic. Underfloor heating is great. would happily stay again!

Peaceful and quiet location perfectly situated to explore the local area. Comfortable and well equipped home with multiple large / spacious living spaces and an extensive well maintained garden.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Denfield. The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, with a beautiful outside sitting area and view across the fields to the sea. Shirley and John, the hosts, were great. Communication was excellent and they checked in with us during our stay to ensure that everything was ok. They also provided a tasty starter pack for us including the most delicious local strawberries. Our group included a small dog and my Mum who has mobility issues. However, the house was well set up for her, with a large downstairs bedroom and en suite/jack & jill bathroom. The dog was also made welcome, with treats and a Mud Daddy portable shower unit for those wash downs after the beach walks! I would not hesitate to recommend this house and would visit again. Thank you Shirley and John for such a great stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed! Comfort level excellent (especially bedroom). Cottage included everything you’d require for relaxing/cooking and having made the most of our week’s stay we appreciated a home from home to return to. I’d recommend Auchterarder and surrounding areas, and Dunsmore was just perfect. Credit to owners.

What a fabulous location for our family trip to Fife. We had everything we needed in this property, it was comfortable and communication from the hosts was warm and helpful. It was ideal for visiting family inland and for exploring the local coastline.
