We were warmly welcomed by Julie. And felt very comfortable there. Everything we needed was there. A very traditional village with old stone houses . Julie's stone house is also designed with a lot of thoughtful and attention to detail. Unfortunately we could only stay one night. But we will be happy to come back.

The pictures don’t do it justice, the views are amazing! The villa had everything we wanted, peaceful, relaxing and very clean. The owners were always on the end of a phone if you needed anything and we thoroughly enjoyed eating in their taverna. The deer at the property were an extra bonus too!

Fantastic great house with a lovely terrace and a lovely view. Our two young children loved the pool. The house and location were even better than the pictures. It was a short distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and it was nice to be able to barbecue outside in the evenings. Highly recommended!

We loved it!! Here's how we felt about this place we stayed in for almost 2 weeks: * Positive points: - Location with magnificent view. -The house is superb (although we had some technical problems that Giorgos handled immediately) we enjoyed the pool and the sunsets - small grocery store 100 m away, taverns and shops in the village - home delivery service appreciated for large shopping trips - the housekeeping staff are discreet and very pleasant *Negative points: - downstairs bedroom less spacious than in the photos - not enough hangers for clothes - car required for visits and walks In conclusion, we recommend this accommodation for those who like the wild side of Crete, note that the nearest town is 40 minutes away if you want to go out.

Sunshine Villa is the perfect place to stay for 2 people. The views are stunning, the pool crystal clear, the accomodation stylish and comfortable. Before and while we were there the communication with Kostas was excellent. Thy recommended restaurants (also making reservations) and local places to shop. Their responses were quick and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at Sunshine Villa and look forward to returning.

Villa was very cosy, we felt just like home there and customer service was just great. Views from the backyard were just amazing! Location was very comfortable for traveling, lots of nice hikes around and the village the villa is located in is also very cute. One thing that’s worth mentioning - villa is basically in the mountains, so it might be a little colder in the evenings. Overall 10/10, we will be back for sure!

I have stayed at 50+ AirBnbs across the world, and I can honestly say the hospitality we received here was the best I have ever experienced. This villa is exceptional, and the photos don’t do it justice. We stayed for a week or so with a young family, and had a blast. Alexandros and his family are lovely people, and tended to our every need. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough.
