The Voorhuis of our national monument farm has been renovated into a fully luxurious suite with its own facilities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been preserved. No less than 65 m2 with a private kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with free-standing bathtub. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option, at an additional cost, to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower, you will be wonderfully.

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Our house on the Koggeplaet in Elahuizen has a beautiful unobstructed view over de Fluessen, with a lake terrace. Also there is a terrace on the harbor and a sheltered seating area! Our house is in the middle of the water sports area of Friesland. A beautiful place for boating, swimming, cycling, hiking or skating! Golf course and forest are close by! In June, July, August, and September, we rent our house per week/ several weeks. Arrival and departure on Fridays. Other wishes? Let us know!

Studio with unique views over the IJsselmeer

In the old center of Hindeloopen, there is a fisherman's cottage (34m2) that has been converted into a comfortable studio that is equipped with many comforts. The studio has a king-size bed, a kitchenette, a spacious bathroom and plenty of storage space. Parking is available at the cottage itself, provided you have a small car. Otherwise, we would like to refer you to the free and spacious parking lot at the harbor. You can store your bicycles in the garden that belongs to the guesthouse.

Cycling through the Gaasterland forests, sailing, sloops, supping, swimming in the water bottles or walking through the farmlands. 15 min to Sneek, Lemmer or Stavoren, the Jopie Huisman museum in Workum, skating museum in Hindeloopen or the shipping museum in Sneek. Enjoy your well-deserved rest here. Treat yourself and enjoy a delicious meal.

The ideal family place for (young) families!

Great and spacious chalet (40m2) furnished for families of up to 3 kids. We are a family of 4 (girl of 6 and 4 years old) who likes to share their lovely quiet place with other young families and/or couples. The grounds where the chalet is located, the Koggeplaet is a nice and small-scale park whose marina is located directly on the largest lakes of Friesland: the Fluessen and the Heegermeer. Around the park itself, it is also possible to rent a boat or sup, for example

Rural accommodation on the Frisian Elfstedenroute

Within walking distance of the center of Bolsward, on the Workumertrekvaart, the original Frisian Eleven Cities Route, is our rural farm. In this rural and water-rich environment, we offer you a spacious room, which is equipped with a large double bed, (2x0.90), TV/seating area and a completely new bathroom with Jacuzzi. Extra sleeping accommodation is possible. We have recently created this new space in our former cowshed, which is adjacent to our private home.
