We had an amazing time in Samaná—this place is true paradise! The apartment was beautiful, and we honestly wished we lived there. The host was so kind, spoke both English and Spanish, and was very accommodating. The service throughout the whole community was incredible. Loved staying at Melissa’s place, felt just like home. Great location, beautifully decorated, up to date appliances, etc. I would say the best place we’ve staying in so far at Portillo Residences! Melissa was also ALWAYS available, replied very quickly, and very helpful. I will definitely be back!

If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect place! You can enjoy the comfort of the accommodation, its pools and above all the beach that is just across the street, all in one place. The staff at the accommodation are excellent, friendly and treat you well. Communication with the host (Ronny) is excellent, very kind and courteous. He was always available during our stay. Recommendation 10/10. Feel free to select this place.

Juan was an absolutely incredible host. His hospitality is unmatched. Very. Lear instructions, lots of amenities, and a very very clean place. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

Great spot! Far enough outside of town to have peace and quiet, but easy to get to town and the beaches.

Camila and her team were very attentive and kind every time I needed them. My family and I greatly enjoyed Playa Bonita, and Camila’s place was very welcoming, extremely clean, and had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing family weekend. Beautiful apartment with spectacular views! Our family of five truly enjoyed this hidden oasis. The private beach was stunning. Our children enjoyed the rec room and pool as well. The on site restaurant serves great food with a great view of Cayo Levantado. There is much to do and enjoy in this beautiful part of the county. Host was very helpful and always responsive. We would definitely recommend booking this wonderful property.

Perfect stay! My experience was just wonderful! The place is beautiful, with a spectacular view that invites you to rest and disconnect. Everything was impeccably clean and well cared for, with a very quiet atmosphere that is enjoyed from the first moment. The kitchen is fully stocked, ideal for those who enjoy cooking even while traveling. It definitely exceeded my expectations. I recommend it 100% and would love to come back!

I spent a few days with my family at Erickson's apartment. The photos accurately reflect what it is. Very nice, quiet and with an excellent location. Erickson is a great host, always attentive, excellent communication and made us very good recommendations. He has a flexible schedule, when he found out that we were arriving very early, he offered us options for luggage. I would definitely stay again if there is availability.

beautiful stay at Sublime! the apartment is exactly as described and has many of the same features of the hotel like housekeeping and complimentary drinks in the fridge. we love the area because it is so peaceful and perfect beach + pool setup. will definitely return!

I went with my husband and we loved the accommodation. Just as in the photos, everything was clean, organized, comfortable, in general everything was super good. Good location as it is close to everything and at the same time you can rest quietly as the complex is quiet. Very friendly, available every time they were contacted, accessible for any request you have. I would definitely go back. ☺️

Everything was excellent, the truth is that the security and peace that you feel in the place is indescribable…… It was worth every peso paid…. all the staff in the common areas were very friendly and the restaurant of the complex 1A

one of the most BEAUTIFUL places we’ve stayed while traveling around DR. Communication w/ Alexandra was quick & responsive. The home was stocked up w/ all necessities & even gave us extra towels & even had drinkable water which other places we’ve stayed at didn’t offered. Rooms were cool w/ their AC & convenient with the attached bathrooms. 10/10 !! My in-laws fell in love w/ the place & we’ll definitely be coming back. MIL was only sad bc the only thing missing was coffee. Aside from that we don’t have any complaints & hope to come back soon !!
