We had a wonderful stay at Rebecca’s place. The Apt. was cozy and clean and has a nice outdoor space. The clubhouse pool and rocky coastline with daily whale and occasional dolphin sightings, however, is what would draw us back. Thank you!

I highly recommend Glenda’s place. Great amenities and everything you could possibly need was available. I traveled alone and felt very safe. The security guards were always so friendly and helpful. All instructions were clear and easy to navigate. Many places at walking distance. I would stay again in the future. And loved that Glenda was kind enough to allow me to check in earlier. Thanks, Glenda for being an A-list-host!!

From the moment we booked, the communication was seamless and thoughtful—they checked in regularly and were always quick to help with any questions we had throughout our stay. Vista Vella II is up on a hill above Hwy1 and Costco. Great vistas of the Gulf of California with descent views of El Arco. Nice views of downtown Cabo at night. Convenient place to day trip from and nice local beaches nearby. The place desperately needs new pans to cook on so, be aware that you may need to purchase an inexpensive set at Costco or the Supermarket at the bottom of the hill. Living room, Kitchen Air Conditioner could use servicing, but bedroom units work great. George Foreman grill on back porch on its last leg also needs to be replaced. Other than these few things, everything else is pretty nice.

The condo was situated within a good 15 minute walk to the Marina which was great because we love going to the Marina and walking around checking out the old and the new businesses that occupy the Marina boardwalk. The condo was nicely decorated and had more than enough room for me and my wife. There was ample supplies in the condo and included wine glasses which we used just about everyday. The condo had just about every utensil and pot and pan that was needed as we cooked breakfast every morning, as we don’t get up early enough on vacation to go out for breakfast. We made daily use of the balcony which overlooked the community pool. I texted Betty that we needed extra towels and she delivered them to us in no time, she was great to deal with and I wholeheartedly recommend anyone to stay in this condo!!

This was our first time in Cabo and Loretta’s place was perfect for our trip! It’s close by to everything without feeling the crowd and noise of downtown. The neighborhood is safe and the workers are very lovely and kind. Loretta was very responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. She even let us check out late. We will definitely be returning. Thank you again!

Beautiful unit with many amenities available at the resort, and the staff was friendly. Check-in was very smooth and easy and the host was very proactive about sending information before our stay and responsive to questions. The room was very clean. As for the food at the resort, I felt it was ok and overpriced. Just keep in mind you will have to pay a daily resort fee at check out that was not disclosed before booking. I asked Miguel and he did say they will collect a daily resort when you check out. I would also recommend using Uber much cheaper than a taxi, the staff will tell you to use a taxi but using Uber is safe and affordable. The beautiful swim beach steps away from the resort was a plus.

Great intimate location but still in easy walking distance of night life and restaurants

El departamento es ideal porque no solo es acogedor, tiene todo lo necesario, el interiorismo es un plus y además la ubicación es excelente, podíamos llegar al centro caminando, lo cual beneficia mucho para ahorrar los ubers. Muy recomendado mi papá y yo quedamos contentos y regresarialos ahí.

I am so pleased with my recent experience!! I gifted this trip to my son and daughter-in-law and it was their first time abroad without us, so I was very nervous! My experience from everyone we encountered, to the safety and amenities of the area, down to the last minute rental car drop-off to the condo was 5-Star and made me comfortable in my decision to switch to this location last minute. The condo was clean and just as pictured. The sunset from the balcony was beautiful. I would definitely rent again! To the entire team, thanks for everything!!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful brand new condo for 2 weeks. Kat and her property manager David were incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved the top of the line furniture and decor. We also found that the kitchen supplies were top notch including water cooler, coffee maker, high end knifes and pots and pans.The thick beach towels and blanket were great to use by the huge pool. We walked to Fresko often for groceries and sandwiches. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was large. We wish we new the roof top hot tub wasn’t working prior to booking and I didn’t realize there wasn’t a dishwasher. Overall our stay was fabulous.

Place was amazing, clean and had everything you need it to stay comfortably . Location was perfect and was literally 7 minutes walk to the beach it’s literally like 3 blocks away. And from the beach you can take the tour to the famous Lover’s beach. The arch and if you are lucky you get to watch the Manta Ray puttting up a little show it was amazing. The building manager was super sweet lady and host responded quite quickly. I was so happy in this apartment that I end up extending one more day through the app and got approved quit fast. Thanks to all the host for this property. I would come back for sure! 🥰

Tuvimos contacto diario con Mónica, quien siempre estuvo a disposición por si necesitábamos algo. El lugar tiene una terraza hermosa y muy amplia y estuvimos muy cómodos. La ubicación estratégica que tiene nos permitía estar en todos lados máximo en 10 minutos lo cual fue un punto positivo también. Súper recomendable!

We enjoyed our two weeks here. The location is unbeatable, on the marina, and close to everything. Great security situation, 24 hrs. Private secure elevator opens right into the marina. Thanks for a great vacation Barbara.

This Condo is AMAZING! The location is perfect. We love being so close to all the restaurants, stores, and Marina. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk. Love the condo. It is exactly as pictured and extremely clean. Great Host. We took advantage of chartering their boat for an evening cruise. WOW! I will do this every visit. Their crew was great. We had a sushi dinner and margaritas as we watched the sunset onboard. Cabo Elite was great to work with too. Stay here! You won’t regret it.

Just returned from an amazing stay at Dean’s place. It was beautifully furnished, beds were so comfy, very spacious with no clutter. The kitchen had everything that we needed from a Keurig machine (stocked w/coffee pods), pots, pans, silverware, basically everything that you’d have at home. There’s also a closet filled with beach toys, cooler and floating pool bed. The balcony is dreamy! The view is breathtaking and there’s a ton of space to lounge out there after a day of fun in the sun. As for the resort - wow! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! So clean and beautifully decorated. The staff onsite were all so kind, welcoming and respectful. Note that there is a market onsite which is very helpful to have, but be aware that it is VERY expensive. My recommendation is to take a $5 uber to the Super Chedraui located 5 mins away via car and stock up on all of your essentials. My family felt super safe in the neighborhood. We will definitely be back! The location is amazing. Very close to everything we wanted to do in Cabo. The condo is extremely clean and comfortable. The beds were wonderful. There is a resort with a rooftop bar right next door, but the condo is so quiet. We were able to sleep very well, while being so close to everything Cabo has to offer. Walmart is quite close by and the condo has a little hand truck, which made it easy to go get bottled water. Karina was very helpful and a wonderful host! We appreciated that she arranged airport transportation for us. We really loved being close to Medano Beach and taking advantage of the provided beach chairs and umbrella. Thank you!

Staying in this apartment was a great pleasure. It was equipped with everything we needed. The view of the bay was stunning. The contact with John was great. We would gladly return to the same place for a longer stay.

Melissa’s place looks fabulous! It’s clean, spacious, high end with all the amenities we were looking for including washer and dryer. I love the spacious bathroom , separate shower and jacuzzi! . My family and I enjoyed staying here. This is by far the best AirBnb I ever stayed. I will recommend my family and friends to stay at Melissa’s place.

Their Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! It was a perfect location to walk downtown, to the marina and see local destinations. Julie was exceptional with her communication and offered to help so many times. Although I was busy with my daughter’s rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception, Julie was always offering to help in anyway she could! The house was very cute and quaint, and I loved everything about it ❤️
