This wonderful home has been one of my favorite so far. Not only does it have beautiful surroundings, but it is peaceful and super close to everything! The condo was spacious, clean and included everything listed. We felt very safe and relaxed. The staff is wonderful and friendly, and always ready to assist in anything. We enjoyed some time by the two large pools, excellent gym with a nice view and the common spaces. Me and My guests love to explore and having everything no more than 10 minutes away was the best part!

Vista Vella II is up on a hill above Hwy1 and Costco. Great vistas of the Gulf of California with descent views of El Arco. Nice views of downtown Cabo at night. Convenient place to day trip from and nice local beaches nearby. The place desperately needs new pans to cook on so, be aware that you may need to purchase an inexpensive set at Costco or the Supermarket at the bottom of the hill. Living room, Kitchen Air Conditioner could use servicing, but bedroom units work great. George Foreman grill on back porch on its last leg also needs to be replaced. Other than these few things, everything else is pretty nice.

Very good location, very friendly host. I had what I needed to enjoy my stay to the fullest.

Place was amazing, clean and had everything you need it to stay comfortably . Location was perfect and was literally 7 minutes walk to the beach it’s literally like 3 blocks away. And from the beach you can take the tour to the famous Lover’s beach. The arch and if you are lucky you get to watch the Manta Ray puttting up a little show it was amazing. The building manager was super sweet lady and host responded quite quickly. I was so happy in this apartment that I end up extending one more day through the app and got approved quit fast. Thanks to all the host for this property. I would come back for sure! 🥰

Words cannot express the natural beauty of this location. From pitch black night time swims with stars galore, to driving by the ocean in the hosts friends Razor, to simply relaxing in the hammocks by the plunge pool and watching the sunrise, this house has it all. The hosts helped me with anything and everything, including their top notch peoperty manager Karen. We had someone come in to cook authentic mexican food for us, caught 11 fish on our deep sea excursion, and swam alongside Sea lions while snorkeling at the Arch. Rent this place! You will not be dissapointed! We will definately return . I stay international airbnbs often. This ranks in my top 2!

Neil and Andrea were great hosts and went out of their way to make sure our stay is a great one! They were responsive and made sure help you with anything we needed. The condo looked exactly like it was in the pictures- so don't hesitate to book it if its available because the community and amenities you will have access to is top notch! And how about the view from the beautiful patio!

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was easy to find, and pretty close to everything so Ubers were really cheap. The pool has stunning views and the only critique I’ll mention is the hot tub isn’t very hot and the bubbles are pretty rough. Other than that Fernando was super accommodating, very helpful and easy to get into contact with! Perfect Cabo place to stay!

Highly recommend this location. I have stayed at their other listing which was amazing as well. It looked exactly like the photos and the team was super helpful if we needed anything. Easy access to the unit as well as it included a parking space for our rental car. I would definitely continue renting this property on my next visit. What you get for the price is great!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Cabo! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-prepared, and exactly as described. The space was comfortable, stylish, and had all the amenities we needed to relax and enjoy our trip. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and private. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Beautiful condo. Well appointed with lots of room. Loved the rooftop patio in evenings as well as main level during the day. Beautiful grounds and gardens near pool. Walkable for groceries and restaurants in the local area. A short cab or Uber ride to downtown Cabo san Lucas for busier part of town. Responsive hosts that were readily available when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again. Great price and ideal for a group.

We had a wonderful stay at Marks place! David was a wonderful local host and this Airbnb really made our vacation. We used their recommended transportation to and from the airport which was incredibly easy- David helped to set that up. The house is even better than the pictures, spacious, comfortable, has everything you need, and an awesome pool. The location was very convenient- we rented the golf cart to travel around the community was our kids loved. You have access to pools, restaurants and more. We loved the dining area “The Market” because it had several food vendors and a bar so everyone in the family could have what they wanted. We took a provided shuttle into downtown Cabo a few times as well and ubered home. David gave great recommendations based on what we were looking for and always responded promptly. We hope to come back!

The place was beautiful just as the pictures show, with an amazing view of the ocean Charles and his wife were so nice we ran out of water but Charles and his wife came in less than 30mins to fix the issue. I enjoyed my stay here.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The view is gorgeous and even better than pictures! The Property Manager was prompt to respond, and helpful! The roof top pool was perfect for our crew!

The house was spacious and nice! Great pool and hot tub. We had our own concierge with the house, Dario, who was amazing. He answered all of our questions quickly and booked us all of our reservations. There is a lot to do on the property. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart from the host to get around the property.

Our 2nd time at this Location and we enjoyed it thoroughly but please be advised there is a HUGE condo complex going up on the other side of the main road where gated entry is and you do hear construction noise at the house Monday thru Saturday which was a bit annoying but otherwise a great place for our fall getaway as a family. Private enough but close enough to downtown Cabo for easy access. Private pool and jacuzzi and outdoor terrace deck with amazing views a huge selling point.

PHENOMENAL PROPERTY!!! This place is everything and more. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious and welcoming in every way. Beds are comfortable and the house is warm and lovely. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing, it’s truly the best of Cabo. The property is peaceful and stunning with incredible amenities. The on-property pools and services are excellent , and you can enjoy the other resorts easily. Honestly this was one of the most amazing Airbnb experiences we have had. We will be back for sure. This place is a paradise!!!
