Kid-friendly holiday rentals in El Santuario

The place is amazing to stay!!! Would go back with a bigger family. It’s a great family get away. But must have a car to get to the location. Without a car will be a very difficult to get there and around.

The place is great, just to rest and disconnect. The attention of the staff is very good and especially that of Mrs. Nohelia and her daughter, they were always very attentive to what we could need, a special thank you for them.

If you are interested in visiting this area, this is likely the most beautiful house around! From the landscape, to the incredible detail of the decorations and you don’t need a car to go anywhere. You can hear the river from the many terraces, and the public, paved trail is just behind the property. Highly recommend this location and the service from start to finish was impeccable.

The estate meets expectations of rest and comfort. Good toilet and the services of Internet, water, gas and electricity were fine. As a suggestion for the pets, it would be good to delimit the crop area with a fence, as it is difficult to have to be aware of the pet all the time so that it does not enter that area.

We could not have loved Finca Colibrí more and in fact tried to extend our stay! The house is more beautiful than the photos and the property is stunning and peaceful. One of the few Air BnBs I’ve stayed in where I truly wish to return. Everything is very comfortable and the house has everything you need. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay. The floorplan is amazing as every room goes out to the terrace and has a beautiful view. The kitchen has everything you could need and there are thoughtful touches throughout the house like a Bluetooth speaker and powerful extension cords to make it easy to charge all your devices. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, friendly and responsive.

Second time we stay in this beautiful and peaceful place, this time we decided to rent a car and was the best decision ever. We already knew the area, so we could drive around with no issues. The only problem with a place like this is that if they close a road (like it happened to us) you need to take a longer drive to get to the main road. But even though, we loved it and it helped us to know the area better. We enjoyed every second of the trip and the amazing view it had. Ms. Valentina and Ms. Yuliana were always very attentive and responsive with any need or demands we had. Just go and enjoy the experience 'de el campo' 💙 If I could live there I WOULD ☺️❤️

Dalila was very responsive host always willing to help . The person she recommended for house keeping and cooking was fantastic (Jenny) house was clean . You will feel like in home . House is very nice specially the jacuzzi/pool. Airplanes early in the morning can be noisy. And the rooster from the neighbor . 🙂

We definitely recommend Casa Dodo as a place to stay. It's a very cozy place, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the cleanliness is one of its best features. Upon arrival, Valery greeted us with a smile and explained everything we needed to know in detail to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The daily breakfast was delicious. We definitely recommend Valery’s and Javier as a place to stay.

The place seemed perfect to rest, we had everything we needed for our stay... What we liked most was the cleanliness of the place and the tranquility of its surroundings. Eroel was very attentive to clear up any concerns, we will definitely return, we loved it 🌻

A great choice

The apartment is in excellent condition. Comfortable rooms, equipped kitchen, complimentary water. It is a residential neighborhood, there is nothing to visit but it is convenient to go to the airport or events on the black river. Attention: Check-in is tedious, too many questions, forms, messages, post office. I was asked several times the same and the truth from before arriving was already stressed with so much protocol. Messages and more messages from the cohost part that, while trying to be very kind, was too repetitive. To know that in the end the information was not withheld and I would ask the other way around again. Despite communication inconveniences. The apartment is still a good option.

The apartment is very nice and cozy. Being in the village but with a view of the dam gives it an important plus in location. There is a construction site next door (previously reported by the host) but we did not hear constant noises and closing the window reduces them a lot, so it did not affect the stay. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and Alejandro's super fast response from the beginning. When we arrived, they sent us a very kind collaborator who took care of clarifying our doubts and welcoming us very well. We will definitely return.

We really loved the place, it felt homey. I was a little bit cold and they gave us extra blankets to use. The house was beautiful 2 balconies we could sit aroung and relaxe. The host is kind she allowed our baggage to sit by a little bit later theyre giwndly 100% recommended?

The apartment was very clean and felt like home. The area and the surroundings were very peaceful and you felt like you were in nature even though you were walking distance from cafes, restaurants, and a large mall. Was very happy with the place.

Yeison was a great host. He gave us not only a very cozy and safe place to be, but also clear instructions about the stay. The place is great for a stay alone or with the family, very safe, great weather if you like the cold and the warmth of the mornings, near the village and shopping centers.

A very nice house in a peaceful environment, clean and very friendly people, it is a small town to visit, if you come to Medellín and do not visit San Antonio Río Negro you did not come. I recommend the bakery on the corner on the main street for breakfast at a good price and good attention. A hug from the Dominican Republic!! We'll be back soon!!

The apartment is beautiful, new, comfortable, and it has controlled access. You can find some places to eat and small local stores nearby (walking), and the San Nicolas mall 15 mins away (car). Even though the surrounding still under construction, the noise wasn't much of a problem. The only two issues I spoke to the hostess about was the entrance door (needs to be closed very hard because it's slightly off place), and that the shower glass wasn't properly glued at the bottom so the water gets out and make a little mess in the bathroom. Those issues were already mentioned and hopefully it can be fixed soon so the apartment doesn't get damage so soon. Ms. Diana Sofía was always very attentive, responsive and polite towards any needs and demands that we had. I totally recommend the place, but keep in mind that unfortunately it's still under construction, the pool it's still NOT open, neither are the other amenities the complex might offer. But overall we loved it.

Spectacular, we would definitely return, easy access to quick communication, the decoration 10/10 , a very good place thinking about the center of Carmen, despite its location one would think that it is noisy the room isolates the noise very well, the terrace is very cool 😎

This apartment was amazing! The view from the balcony was great. The photos matched the apartment and the property had all the amenities I needed for my stay. I look forward to staying here again when I’m in Marnilla visiting family in a few months.
