Kid-friendly holiday rentals in El Santuario

El lugar es genial, justo para descansar y desconectarse. La atención del personal es buenísima y en especial la de la señora Nohelia y su hija, siempre estuvieron muy atentas a lo que pudieramos necesitar, un agradecimiento especial para ellas.

If you are interested in visiting this area, this is likely the most beautiful house around! From the landscape, to the incredible detail of the decorations and you don’t need a car to go anywhere. You can hear the river from the many terraces, and the public, paved trail is just behind the property. Highly recommend this location and the service from start to finish was impeccable.

La finca cumple con las expectativas de descanso y comodidad. Buen aseo y los servicios de Internet, agua, gas y electricidad estuvieron bien. Como sugerencia para las mascotas, sería bueno delimitar con un cerco el área del cultivo, pues resulta complejo tener que estar todo el tiempo pendiente de la mascota para que no ingrese a esa zona.

We could not have loved Finca Colibrí more and in fact tried to extend our stay! The house is more beautiful than the photos and the property is stunning and peaceful. One of the few Air BnBs I’ve stayed in where I truly wish to return. Everything is very comfortable and the house has everything you need. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay. The floorplan is amazing as every room goes out to the terrace and has a beautiful view. The kitchen has everything you could need and there are thoughtful touches throughout the house like a Bluetooth speaker and powerful extension cords to make it easy to charge all your devices. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, friendly and responsive.

Second time we stay in this beautiful and peaceful place, this time we decided to rent a car and was the best decision ever. We already knew the area, so we could drive around with no issues. The only problem with a place like this is that if they close a road (like it happened to us) you need to take a longer drive to get to the main road. But even though, we loved it and it helped us to know the area better. We enjoyed every second of the trip and the amazing view it had. Ms. Valentina and Ms. Yuliana were always very attentive and responsive with any need or demands we had. Just go and enjoy the experience 'de el campo' 💙 If I could live there I WOULD ☺️❤️

Dalila was very responsive host always willing to help . The person she recommended for house keeping and cooking was fantastic (Jenny) house was clean . You will feel like in home . House is very nice specially the jacuzzi/pool. Airplanes early in the morning can be noisy. And the rooster from the neighbor . 🙂

Desde que uso Airbnb, la amabilidad de Valerie ha sido, sin duda, la mejor que he experimentado. La ubicación del lugar es excelente, con fácil acceso y recomendaciones muy acertadas por parte del anfitrión. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, bien organizadas, y la atención de Valerie fue excepcional: siempre atenta a cada detalle y necesidad. El restaurante Handai, ubicado justo debajo del alojamiento, merece un 10 de 10; el personal nos brindó un servicio excelente. En resumen, esta ha sido, sin duda, mi mejor estadía usando Airbnb.

El lugar nos parecio perfecto para descansar , contabamos con todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía... Lo que mas nos gustó fue la limpieza del lugar y la tranquilidad de sus alrededores. Eroel estuvo muy pendiente para despejar cualquier inquietud, sin duda alguna volveremos, nos encantó 🌻

Excelente lugar, muy agradable, cerca a todo, todo muy organizado, la verdad volvería de nuevo a este lugar mi estadía y la de mi pareja fue muy amena y pudimos descansar.

El apartamento está en excelentes condiciones. Habitaciones cómodas, cocina equipada, agua de cortesía. Es un barrio residencial, no hay nada que visitar pero es conveniente para ir al aeropuerto o a eventos en río negro. Atención: El check in es tedioso, demasiadas preguntas, formularios, mensajes, correos. Me preguntaron varias veces lo mismo y la verdad desde antes de llegar ya estaba estresada con tanto protocolo. Mensajes y más mensajes de la parte de la cohost que si bien trataba de ser muy amable era demasiado repetitiva. Para saber que al final la información no la retenía y volvía a preguntar al revés. A pesar de los inconvenientes de comunicación. El apartamento sigue siendo un buena opción.

El apartamento es muy lindo y acogedor. Estar dentro del pueblo pero con vista frente a la represa le da un plus importante en ubicación. Tiene una obra al lado ( informado previamente por el host) pero no escuchamos ruidos constantes y cerrando ventana se reducen bastante también por lo que no afectó la estadía. Disfrutamos mucho el jacuzzi y la respuesta super rápida de Alejandro desde el principio. Cuando llegamos nos enviaron una colaboradora muy amable que se encargó de aclararnos dudas y recibirnos muy bien. Volveremos sin duda.

Es un hospedaje muy bonito, bastante cómodo muy agradable el clima en la casa, fácil acceso.

The apartment was very clean and felt like home. The area and the surroundings were very peaceful and you felt like you were in nature even though you were walking distance from cafes, restaurants, and a large mall. Was very happy with the place.

Yeison fué un grandioso anfitrión. Nos brindó no solo uno lugar muy acogedor y seguro de estar, sino también instrucciones claras acerca de la estadía. El lugar es grandioso para una estadía solo o en familia, muy seguro, clima genial si te gusta el frío y el calorsito de las mañanas, cerca del pueblo y centros comerciales.

Una casa muy bonita en un entorno pacífico, limpio y la gente muy amable, es un pueblito que hay que visitar, si vienes a Medellín y no visitas San Antonio Río Negro no haz venido.. Les recomiendo la panadería de la esquina en la calle principal para desayunar a buen precio y buenas atenciones. Un abrazo desde República Dominicana!! Volvemos pronto!!

The apartment is beautiful, new, comfortable, and it has controlled access. You can find some places to eat and small local stores nearby (walking), and the San Nicolas mall 15 mins away (car). Even though the surrounding still under construction, the noise wasn't much of a problem. The only two issues I spoke to the hostess about was the entrance door (needs to be closed very hard because it's slightly off place), and that the shower glass wasn't properly glued at the bottom so the water gets out and make a little mess in the bathroom. Those issues were already mentioned and hopefully it can be fixed soon so the apartment doesn't get damage so soon. Ms. Diana Sofía was always very attentive, responsive and polite towards any needs and demands that we had. I totally recommend the place, but keep in mind that unfortunately it's still under construction, the pool it's still NOT open, neither are the other amenities the complex might offer. But overall we loved it.

Espectacular, volveríamos sin duda, fácil acceso comunicación rápida, la decoración 10/10 , un lugar muy bien pensando en el centro del Carmen, a pesar de su ubicación uno pensaría que es ruidoso la habitación aísla el ruido muy bien, la terraza muy chévere 😎

This apartment was amazing! The view from the balcony was great. The photos matched the apartment and the property had all the amenities I needed for my stay. I look forward to staying here again when I’m in Marnilla visiting family in a few months.
