Mi experiencia en este alojamiento fue simplemente maravillosa. Todo estuvo impecable: la limpieza, la comodidad, la atención y cada detalle del lugar superaron mis expectativas. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue fluida y atenta en todo momento, lo que hizo que mi estadía fuera aún más tranquila y agradable. La ubicación es perfecta para descansar y desconectarse, con un entorno que transmite paz y belleza natural. Pero sin duda, lo más especial fue disfrutar del atardecer desde el jacuzzi del balcón... una experiencia mágica y única, que vale por sí sola todo el viaje. ¡Volvería sin pensarlo!

Republica Local's airbnb was very beautifully decorated, clean and organized. The location within Hotel Reserva del Mar was great as I had stayed in other airbnbs before and the single abd separate bedroom with 2 baths was wonderful with the excellent balcony providing a view of the ground pools and beach. The sound of the waves at night andvearly morning rendered a calming sound of peace and tranquility. The two excellent tvs and air conditioners worked well along with the stove, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. It was great to be able to prepare my own meals and leave the area with clean laundry. Everything needed was provided initially and I am pleased to have stayed at this wonderful airbnb. Closet space in the bedroom was also a plus for my companion and I. I would not hesitate to choose this airbnb and hope to stay here again.

Magnifico sitio, buena ubicación, el mobiliario excelente, mejor que la descripción, buena comunicacion con Ludis quien estuvo muy pendiente, piscina acogedora aunque casi no la pudimos disfrutar por mantenimiento el miercoles. Muchas gracias por todo, estuvimos en un sitio muy agradable. Todo perfecto.

I had a great stay. It was only for one night but I enjoyed. It's a small studio with an amazing view. I took some great sunset photos and videos. The apartment was still being cleaned when I arrived, but the host gave me a tour of the building, and he kept me company until the room was ready. The only small issue, I believe there was no microwave there when I stayed. The place was worth the amount though. Not the host's fault, but the building security needs to invest in better quality wristbands, or at least switch to all white bands. They expect people to wear it the entire stay, and shower with that deep blue ink paper around your wrist that will bleed into your skin/clothes/towel when you sweat and/or shower. It's scorching hot in Santa Marta, and people sweat. Some people don't want the dye chemicals from that paper going into their pores. The female guard was nice, but she seemed surprised when I checked out and I had already removed the band that she was attempting to take.

El apartamento es muy especial: moderno, aireado, lleno de luz, con un plan abierto y minimalista, es muy artsy. Tiene gran ventilación y vistas espectaculares. Al estar situado al sur del Rodadero ofrece acceso a una playa mucho más tranquila pero a la vez solo unos minutos a pie de la parte norte. El barrio es muy seguro y tranquilo. Gran comunicación, muy pronta y cordial, los dueños nos dieron todo tipo de información oportuna para nuestra estadía. Lo único que desearíamos fuera diferente es cortinas en la ducha, para no tener que trapear luego de cada baño. Definitivamente volveremos a este lindo apartamento.

We enjoyed our stay in Santa Marta. The apartment is clean, has everything you need for the stay and building is very safe and with walking distance to most places.
