Wireless internet is available at the Activity Center. Many of our properties are on one of the channels which connect with the Intracoastal Waterway. The village also provides a boat ramp for residents to launch their water craft directly into the Intracoastal. There is also $80 resort fee per reservation. Master bedroom , Guest bedrooms and master bedrooms both have tv , wifi and cable . TV in the living room . Fully stocked kitchen and only 10 miles from the beaches.

The Little House

Cozy renovated and clean little house in a quiet and family-oriented neighborhood with a big back yard and a nice setting to enjoy an outdoor BBQ looking at the golf course. Very close to prime shopping, restaurants and the zoo. South Padre Island and SpaceX are also close by. This one bedroom house was completely renovated in 2021. Everything is neat and new. A/C units with heat as well as ceiling fans in every room and a 58" Smart TV / WiFi. Parking on the property just in front of the house.
