Unique Experience Design Loft: A forest

This loft is wonderful - the design is incredible, and so are the views and the location. The place is also spotless and well maintained. Checking in and out is easy and flexible. It is worth noting that being in such a central location makes the loft quite noisy, so you may want to use earplugs at night (I didn’t and I quite enjoyed the sounds of the city). Also, there are many unexpected steps and protruding steel bars. Whilst being part of the design experience, this could be hazardous if you are prone to accidents. Overall, I highly recommend staying here - you may never experience a place like this again!

Emilio's place is absolutely beautiful! I'm in Quito regularly and I'll definitely hope to stay at this place again and I'll recommend it to my friends. He's done a fabulous job with the space even creating a skylight so that you can see views of the basilica *and* Mary statue from the loft upstairs. The home feels comfortable, clean, has everything you need, and has great work spaces. I loved the area and that you can walk to so many great cafes and restaurants and the park is just a few minutes away for long walks or running! Emilio is so helpful and friendly and the dog, Rio, is adorable!! I loved staying here - I'll be back!

This airbnb is perfect for your Quito vacation. Location is great since it has many stores including La union bakery/restaurant where you can buy all healthy/delicious meals. Yolanda is a great and sweet host. She is very welcoming and informative. She has lived in Quito for over 25 years and knows all the great spots and attractions. You won't regret staying here!!
