Cons of the apartment 1- The streets of the neighborhood are unpaved, which means that dust enters the apartment if the windows or balcony are left open. 2- Access to the apartment from the main streets is not easy, so every trip we wait for Uber for about 15 minutes to pick us up from the apartment. 3- Light power outages (not disturbing) The positives of the apartment - Very clean, new, elegant furniture, the owner M. Mustafa is very cooperative and answers all inquiries at all times. - The location of the apartment is close to all tourist sites except the pyramids and Zayed City. - Everything is available in the apartment, including new towels, sheets, blankets, bedding, as well as detergents for surfaces and floors, soap, shampoo and laundry soap (five-star service) - The kitchen has almost all the tools - The apartment is in a classy and quiet neighborhood and very close to the mosque - The security is very high, the door of the building must have a card to open the door, then the elevator must have a card to go up, and the door of the apartment is electronic and is opened by an entry code - The Internet is fast and very acceptable - The air conditioning is very cold and excellent. - There is a prayer mat in the apartment. In general, I highly recommend it and I will rent it again in the near future, God willing.

A wonderful place, close to places that can be visited and enjoyed. The only small problem is that the apartment is on the third floor without elevator , if you have a lot of stuff

During our stay in Egypt we needed additional time in Cairo and we couldn’t find a better option than Raghda’s place, so we stayed there again. Raghda had snacks and water waiting for us and was so flexible with our check in/check out times. We couldn’t have asked for a kinder host! 😊

Abdullah is really a great host. Responsive. We arrived late at night, and first time in Cairo. Since, the instruction for check-in is very simple and easy to understand, we checked-in smoothly. Great location, the unit is located between New and Old Cairo and walkable to Carrefour. It is well furnished and make me feel at home. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely recommended! Karim and Yasser are truly exceptional hosts — very approachable and responsive. If you need anything or have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. I needed extra towels, thinking there were none left, and within minutes they let me know exactly where they were stowed. Super helpful! Check-in was a breeze. The lockbox setup made everything quick and easy — just punch in the code and you’re in. Very convenient. The location is great. It’s in a safe neighborhood with lots of nearby restaurants and cafés, including Maadi Courtyard. It can get a bit lively during the day due to nearby businesses (which is typical for Cairo), but it becomes peaceful and quiet at night. Plus, there’s a super handy 24/7 kiosk just steps from the building entrance. Just something to note: There is no elevator 🛗 even though the stairs are quite comfortable it’s something to consider. All in all, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo!

This is a homestay that is truly your home away from home. We received a warm welcome by the host. The house was cosy and spotless clean. We really appreciate the minimalist but functional kitchen. We stayed during Eid and we were able to cook our usual festive dishes in the well equipped kitchen. The host thought it all - the kitchen was equipped from the pots, casseroles down to kitchen towels. The host is contactable and very responsive. We stayed in Egypt for 2 weeks, at 4 different places and this is by far the best one.

Dr. Abdullah is one of the nicest people you will meet in Egypt. A true gentleman, respectful and honest. He always make sure that you have a pleasant stay. Thank you Doctor and God bless you.
