The apartment is true to the listing and even better: very pleasant, comfortable, spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, with all the useful amenities and extra touches. Very good location. quiet and close to the center and the beautiful beaches of El Medano. Beautiful pool in the residence with few people, perfect for relaxing after a good day. Lola welcomed us with great kindness, availability and good advice. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you so much! I recommend it 200%.

We loved staying at Daniela’s place! It was so easy to find from the airport and she was so accommodating to our last minute flight delays! She also gave us great recommendations on where to visit during our stay!

Location is great!! Really close to the beaches, kids playground and walkway along the seashore to the village’s center. The place is very nicely set up. Shared pool is really nice and not crowded at all, we had the best time! Is a beautiful place to get away and enjoy the breathtaking ocean views. We enjoyed watching the windsurfers and kite surfers from the balcony with my morning coffee. Eugene was very nice and a very pleasant host. The triplex is absolutely incredible and such great value. Would go back anytime to this home!!! Thank you so much 😍😊♥️

This was one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. The view is unmatched, and I truly shed a few tears when I saw it for the first time.🥲 Luc was a great host as well- helped us carry our bags up and was very responsive when I had a question halfway through the stay. Everything was clean, and the place was in perfect walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, and a beautiful black sand beach! Just remember to pack good walking shoes, because the streets are not friendly to heels! 😝 Overall 10/10 stay

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect — just steps from the beach, and within easy walking distance to markets, restaurants, cafés, and shops. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had a beautiful ocean view. The bedroom had a warm, inviting vibe with soft lighting. It’s a great spot if you love wind and water sports — it’s a windy area, perfect for windsurfing. There are also beautiful hikes nearby with or without a car. Speaking of which, we recommend parking on the street rather than in the garage if you have a larger car — it’s quite tight, like most of the parking in Tenerife. One thing to note about EI Médano in general is that there's a subtle sewage smell that comes and goes, especially in the mornings when the wind isn't as strong. It wasn't constant, but worth mentioning. Overall, it's a lovely, cozy, peaceful place in a fantastic location.

This location was perfect, especially if you're not a fan of burger bars and full English breakfast. Very traditional and unspoilt. The sound of the waves was wonderful. The apartment had everything you need, the fans were great. Bed is huge and very comfortable. Everything good quality. Local restaurants were amazing but, didn't get to try them all but we will definitely return to this resort and this place. We hired a car for the week and had no problems parking. But we said next time, we won't bother as we intend to have a more chilling week and sample the great eating places and go for walks. Thank you so much

Amazing spot, views are incredible and the villa is very accommodating. Cameron was great with flexibility and recommendations. Will definitely be staying here if we were to return!

Victor's accommodation is a 2-minute walk from La Tejita beach, in a quiet, peaceful and elegant residential setting. A shopping arcade with restaurants and a supermarket is also a 2-minute walk away. The house is wonderful, with two beautiful outdoor spaces that are super enjoyable. The cleanliness, tidiness and services offered for our child (cot, beach toys, books) were also excellent. Victor was a super host, super helpful, able to give us tips on the area and super responsive in solving a problem with the coffee machine. It was a real pleasure to be your guest, we hope to see you again soon!

The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

I've rented Nurias place with a group of friends, stayed there for 7 days and enjoyed every single one of them. It was clean, cozy, there was also an awesome grill and huge terrace upstairs on which we spent most of our evenings. It was a pleasure to talk with Nuria, she was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place :)

Had a gorgeous few days in Florence's place. The apartment is bright and spacious, split across three floors. The bedroom is downstairs which is nice and cool. The living space is airy with a view of of the beach just across the road. Pool was enjoyable and clean too. A short walk along the coast into town.

Nice and practical apartment for families with children with small children. Pool and the outdoor areas are nice and clean with natural shade under trees. The area is quiet, the Beach, has a couple of restaurants and walking distance to El Medano. Light traffic noise from planes and the road between the building and the beach but we were not bothered by it. Very nice hosting!

We had a wonderful holiday staying at this apartment. The location was perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Miguel was very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

We had a great stay in Maya's apartment. Everything was tastefully decorated. The terrace is very large, very pleasant and the view is magnificent. Parking space in a well-secured garage. Access is very easy and the instructions are very clear. Everything is thought out so that the stay goes well. Access to the beach and the very nice 70's is easy. We really recommend it. We would sincerely like to come back. The place is ideally located for visiting the Teide Park and the cities of La Laguna and Santa Cruz. It is close to Reina Sofia Airport but we do not hear or see any planes. When you arrive at the end of the day it is therefore perfect. Maya is responsive and welcoming. She is committed to her guests having a great stay and it is successful.

The apartment is well-kept and cozy, with great attention to the services provided. To go to the beach or the pool, Pedro and Patri provided bags, towels, and a portable umbrella. For exercising, there’s a mat and two weights. Private covered parking. Access to the residence’s shared pool, which is beautiful and clean. Just a few meters away from the beach and a chiringuito. A shopping center is within walking distance, with a supermarket, bars, and restaurants. Clear and fast communication. Highly recommended!

Lovely flat in a peaceful area right by the beach, comfortably furnished and well-equipped. There’s a scenic coastal trail just next to the flat that’s perfect for watching the sunrise. Although there was some construction nearby, it wasn’t disruptive at all. Laura was a wonderful host—very welcoming and checked in multiple times to see if I needed anything. The only minor drawback is that, being on the ground floor, the flat doesn’t get a lot of natural light. However, it’s not a big issue, especially if you keep the window open.

Very nice, clean, well-equipped and quiet accommodation in a great location. Good starting point for a variety of activities, whether beach or active holidays. Flexible check-in or out. Migle is very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. Everything is tip-top, I'd love to come back!

I stayed here as a short break (my first solo trip abroad from the UK). I originally booked but had to cancel due to family illness, but rebooked for a later date. Carlos was very understanding and communicative. I am so glad that I was able to rebook. Unfortunately I could only get 4 days off work but this was the perfect trip for me. I was not intending to be out partying/drinking, but wanted to take in some beautiful coastline and visit the amazing zoo in the North of Tenerife, as well as chill out by the pool and be able to prepare my own picnics/meals. Far better to stay in an Airbnb than a hotel! Carlos’ mother had met me in the carpark at the rear of the apartment and she was lovely. Carlos very kindly allowed me to stay late instead of the 11.30am checkout so that I could still use the apartment because I had an early evening flight home. Carlos was very helpful and the perfect host
