Located right at the action, it offers plenty of storage space, an outdoor shower, and a water hose. Enjoy perfect views and vibrant surf vibes from the centers just below the apartment. Simply awesome!

Desde el primer momento Ana, ha sido un encanto. Nos facilitó muchos restaurantes y sitio donde comer y desayunar y probamos algunos, estaban buenísimos y muy bien de precio. El apartamento está en muy buena ubicación, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Repetiríamos si lugar a dudas y lo recomendamos. Al llegar encontramos bebidas frescas y plátanos de canarias un montón. Muchas gracias por todo a Ana.

Muy buen alojamiento. Muy recomendable . Limpio y totalmente equipado. Con aire acondicionado, luminoso y con armarios. La zona muy tranquila y silenciosa y a un par de calles del centro y la playa. Además, la anfitriona siempre muy accesible y dispuesta, lo cual hace muy fácil el trámite y la comunicación.

A fabulous apartment located right in the centre of El Medano. We loved the little balcony which had a table and four chairs and allowed us to sit in the evening/morning to look out on the square below. Many extras left such as foodstuffs/toiletries/ washing up/beach towels which made everything easier. Maria Rosa gave very clear directions as to check in and was with us in a matter of minutes even though we were around an hour earlier than anticipated. She was also flexible with the check out allowing us to remain into the apartment until 4.00pm as we had an evening flight. This apartment is ideal for couples or families, the nearest big supermarket is only a couple of minutes away. It is very clean and was a really pleasant place to return to after a day at the beach. We would definitely return again and would recommend to friends and family.

Nos sentimos super cómodos. El balcón protegido del viento y con sol. La zona tranquila y central. La casa impecable, organizada y con todo lo que se necesita para cocinar. Lo único fue la losa pegajosa (seguramente de los inquilinos anteriores) pero no fue tan grave. El termo de 100 litros basta para 2 personas - 4 tendrían que organizarse. Volveremos seguro! Нам очень понравилось жилье. Было так чисто, есть все необходимое. Хозяин невероятно приятный. Всегда подсказывал, объяснял, был очень милым и дружелюбным. Расположение квартиры - супер. Место, куда хочется вернуться.

Fantastic apartment, everything you need for a stay. The 2 balconies are awesome with excellent views. Swimming pool was great and it was warm given it was April. Padel court was great fun and the apartment has rackets and balls available. Check in and out was very easy and good communication from the renter. Plenty of parking on the road and it's free. Playa de la Jaquita (which is the beach in front of the apartment) is an awesome beach and very quiet with lots of space. 3 nice restaurants right outside the apartment. El Medano is a 15 minute walk with more life and places to eat, lovely little town with a nice atmosphere. We would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Die Wohnung entsprach unseren erwartungen. Das preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist super und es war genau wie wir es uns von den Bildern her vorgestellt haben. Die einzige anmerkung die ich hätte, ist das der draußen Bereich mit dem Kunstrasen kein Raucherbereich ist.

Perfect place! everything was just great -nothing more you need that makes it super holidays - very clean, full with all accessories you may need, water filter is the best(and delicious water), comfortable beds, everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, big living.with sofa, waste balcoon with a view to close to sea, calm, view on mountains on thr other side, veery vlose to restaurants (very good pizzeria around) and café but also to.shops, city center, shops-Maria very helpful, responding, she helped with taxi when out transport didn't come. surely to recommand!!!! we want to be back to Mara Maria!

This was one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. The view is unmatched, and I truly shed a few tears when I saw it for the first time.🥲 Luc was a great host as well- helped us carry our bags up and was very responsive when I had a question halfway through the stay. Everything was clean, and the place was in perfect walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, and a beautiful black sand beach! Just remember to pack good walking shoes, because the streets are not friendly to heels! 😝 Overall 10/10 stay

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, it was veryclean and tidy. You can feel like at home with all the necessities that are provided. The apartment is located in a quite neighborhood but at the same time the shops & restaurant are at very close distance. The communication with David was easy, he ensured that we are well taken care of. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Beatriz's apartment in El Medano. The location is perfect for quick access to the beach and town, but also nice and quiet. The view is phenomenal and we enjoyed use of the well kept swimming pool. The apartment was really well equipped and we appreciated the beach towels and toys. Thanks so much Beatriz for a wonderful stay-we will be back!

Javier è stato gentile e presente, l'appartamento è molto carino e merita una vacanza anche più di una settimana. Ho comunicato che c'erano alcune cose da sistemare ed è stato subito pronto a cambiarle. Consiglio sicuramente una vacanza qui. :-)

Our stay was fantastic thanks to the host's exceptional hospitality. He was very clear with instructions, incredibly kind, and made us feel very well taken care of. We especially appreciated his recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The location is perfectly central, yet surprisingly quiet – we didn't experience any noise from nearby restaurants or bars. The host was also incredibly responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend!

good apartment with wonderfull two terraces, there was like 50 meters to the beach, and just go outside and you find a wonderful pizzeria and two more restaurants, only 10-12 minutes walk to bigger city where you can find even more restaurants, shops etc. Even the location is near the aiport somehow it did not bothered and was even nice to watch airplanes from the terraces. It was really nice to find not only shampoo and gel but even spf cream and after sun cream, we did not used them as we had our owns, but it was really nice to see that it was thought about it. Calm area.

Just back from a 4 night stay in this apartment. Amazing host, amazing location, very very well equipped apartment. Had everything you could possibly need. Kitchen was well equipped if stopping for a longer period and wanted to eat in. Balcony has comfortable furniture on. Beds comfy. Beach towels, tooth brushes, all lovely little touches included. Apartment is in a great location, lovely and clean. Host was super informative, check in was so simple. Will 100% be returning to this apartment. Thank you Roberto!

Très bel appartement dans une résidence luxeuse et très bien entretenue et calme.Environnement très agréable. Ma seule déception concerne le jacuzzi que je n'ai pas utilisé à cause de la qualité de l'eau

Justyna is a fantastic host! She gave clear instructions with pictures to find the place and find parking. She gave a detailed list of places to eat, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine when we arrived. She was so prepared that I had no questions concerning what was required of us as guests.

Very nice apartment with plenty of space and great views. Good kitchen & equipment, garage, small gym etc. The apartment complex is quiet and well kept, neighbors seem to be retired people. Helpful & friendly host, local tips, flexible check-in and out. Very good experience and recommended for people looking for a nice, quality apartment in a peaceful area!

Beautiful house, exactly what we wanted as we have two small children, very secure and spacious outside area, house was brilliant with everything we needed. Very quiet area with a couple of restaurants close by and supermarket two minute walk. We didn’t realise you couldn’t walk to main areas, so taxi needed to get everywhere, but taxi service good costing between €10-€15 to get to Los Christanos or Las americas. Recommend to hire a car if you don’t want to taxi it everywhere. Highly recommend house.

The check in was smooth and the flat very clean Williams was extremely helpful.The view is stunning ,it is a steep walk to the apartment that we didn’t mind but could be tough for some people .I will definateley be returning 😊

Havre de paix non loin des activities et du centre de San Idro (accessible à pied). Vous pouvez rejoindre le centre d’El Medano en 5” en voiture. La maison est INCROYABLE et des plus confortables avec l’ensemble des équipements décrits et + pour rendre le séjour agréable et smooth. Échange très sympathique et utiles avec la propriétaire. Encore mille MERCIS à Aurélie pour son accueil chaleureux et flexible à l’image de l’île.
