We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment! The location is simply excellent – right in the heart of the city center, yet in a quiet area. Everything is within walking distance: great restaurants, attractions, and bike rental are just a few minutes away. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and has a modern design. Special highlights were the Nespresso coffee machine, automatic shutters, and excellent air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. Marta was extremely helpful and kind, always quick to respond to any questions. We were completely satisfied in every way, and I highly recommend this accommodation!

Very large apartment on a fourth floor with elevator which makes it have an amazing view. Everything is spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped, all kinds of utensils available. Air conditioning in the distributor although we didn't need it. All kind of restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed a few days in Easter and everything was perfect

Everything was perfect and as the listing indicates, Pedro was always attentive to us and any questions or questions we had answered the moment and whatever time, very comfortable and easy to find in a good area, everything was excellent, I would repeat again.

The stay here was great, the cleanliness of the place is spectacular. The reception to the apartment was very nice, the gentleman who gave us the keys (Vicente) is very friendly and was available to everything we needed. Supermarkets are close by. It was definitely one of our best stays in Moncofar.

Graham’s place is a little gem, cosy and welcoming. The kitchen offers all the most important basics. In addition Graham left also the necessary cooking basics that are so helpful like olive oil, salt, drinking water and a bottle of welcoming wine! I most appreciated the coffee expresso machine already with some complementary capsules! A relief for the morning coffee drinkers! The beach and the surroundings are superb. The next door restaurant offers great local cuisine options. Thank you 🙏🏻

It is a very complete apartment. From very attentive Laura, she gave us directions and taught us the facilities of the Apt. Everything is very well organized, clean, with the bathroom utensils and accessories, kitchen, suitable rooms and is great, very grateful to the host for the flexibility when going out. We have left water in the fridge and Colacao 🙏🏻 detail that is appreciated as well. Very comfortable we were.

The house is very nice. Everything is very new and in very good condition and with a very nice balcony for the summer season. It is very well located, very close to the beach and with plenty of amenities and restaurants. Juan Carlos was very attentive from the arrival so that nothing was missing. Definitely highly recommended and will repeat when I come back in the area.

The place is great to stay for either short term stay or longterm. It was clean, light and cozy - didn’t want to leave the place 🙂 It has everything you need (even salt, olive oil and some spices)! perfect for a getaway, we spent 4 days in May and enjoyed the area a lot,.....on the beach and with areas of locals and shops, totally recommended.

The apartment has a very nice view, it is spacious and well-equipped for 6. The linens are of very good quality, the services too. The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Julian stayed in touch with us during our stay, he always advised us, although we did not meet him, his neighbor Noé came to greet us very kindly for him. Thank you.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
