Very nice house with everything you need in a quiet environment. We were a group of 16 people with children and there was enough space, all the rooms with their single bathroom. And the outside is very nice .

The houses are very well for a large group, with plenty of outdoor space and with a very large pool. It has a nice barbecue space.

We were a group of 15 people (bachelor party) despite that at no time the house became small, spacious and comfortable for everyone, Cecilia was not only kind and attentive with the accommodation but also helped us and advised us with the activities of the farewell, highly recommended without a doubt.

It is just what's offered. Nice house, quiet,with all amenities and easy access to downtown. We have been very comfortable. Enrique was a friendly and responsive host.

Fluid communication with Pilar and also opened and prepared the pool for us to use before the "official" opening date. It is a quiet area 10-15 minutes from Salamanca by car.

100%recommended!! The house is not lacking in detail, really. Everything clean, placed, informed with great affection and dedication. Spacious rooms, large towels, very complete common areas with everything you can think of for cooking or preparing barbecue, games for children,and for adults. A real past. We can't wait to repeat the truth. Thank you for everything!!

A beautiful house and had everything, we had a great time for the weekend there!

We had a very good bachelor party weekend, Sara and Miguel showed us everything and were attentive at all times to everything we needed. The house is very good, there is plenty of space, there were 16 of us and we had no problems sleeping or enjoying the house. They also helped us a lot to organize the weekend with activities and transportation. In general, very good service.

The house is great, it has a lot of things to entertain us during the stay (swimming pools, barbecues, board games, ping pong, etc). Everything was very comfortable and very well organized.

Perfect house 5 minutes walking from Plaza Mayor. The house is perfectly equipped. Spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. The only problem is that a little noise is heard in the room at the entrance.

Home as described and no disappointments whatsoever. As many others correctly noted, the location is unique!

Ideal for bachelor parties

We had a wonderful stay at Oscar’s beautiful house. It’s in a perfect location right by the river, and the house is enormous, much bigger than we anticipated. The bonus was the huge garden which was perfect for relaxing on sunny mornings. Oscar was super communicative and flexible with us and we appreciated being able to bring our dogs. Thanks again Oscar!

Rosa's is a really nice place, very clean, well equipped and peaceful. A few minutes drive from the motorway in a quiet village, and ideal for us for an overnight stop. But also close to Salamanca and the hills to the south, if we'd had more time to explore. We'd definitely stay again.

We were very well, Danielle was very kind, she was attentive to us at all times resolving our doubts, the house loved everyone, it is very close to Salamanca and the village has a bus that takes you downtown. We were also able to leave the cars in the yard, the truth is that everything was very good.

Great place to stay in Salamanca. Astonishing location, walkable to all the must-see places. Host was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay.

Well equiped spacious house with beautiful garden. Well located at 20min from center of Salamanca. We had a great stay!

Super hosts!!! my family and I love the house. It is identical to the photos and description, very well organized and stands out for the cleanliness. It is in a quiet area and close to the city where you will find different supermarkets and shopping center.

This place had everything we needed for a long weekend in Salamanca. The bed- and bathrooms were really nice and the kitchen has everything you need and more. Great communication with Raquel, she is a wonderful host. Would highly recommend this place!
