Todo muy limpio, buena ubicación y zona tranquila

Disfrutamos del lugar, fue bastante cómodo y confortable, limpio, ordenado y espacios amplios, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y pasar unos días agradables y cómodos, el club con la alberca y los asadores muy cómodos y bonitos. Recomiendo ampliamente casa xenia, súpers y oxos cercanos, buen aire acondicionado; cocina completa y acondicionada. Colchones cómodos para dormir, Gracias mil a Wilbert por estar atento siempre 😊

Hermosa casita, limpia y muy cómoda! Nos encantó en detalle de la hamaca, mi familia y yo nos tomamos turnos para acostarnos un rato. Es fácil llegar al hospedaje y el área es muy tranquila. Magdalena nos recibió y ella es muy amable y accesible. Muchas gracias por las atenciones, definitivamente volveremos! :)

Maravillosa casa y un anfritíon espectacular!!! My husband and I spend four beautiful days at this location. Francisco, the host, waited for our delayed arrival. He was very helpful in providing information and answering questions. All his recommendations were absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

The house is small but at the same time very comfortable well put together. I love the ocean view in the morning. My granddaughters loved the pool it is a very nice size .

The location of the place is actually in real good central area where you have access to all the nice places like Balandra Beach 32 minutes away any other beach 25

Hemos ido varias veces a La Paz, pero hasta ahora el alojamiento de Evelin es el que más nos ha gustado. La ubicación, aunque no está tan cerca del centro, se encuentra muy cerca de restaurantes, super y plazas, lo cual fue muy conveniente para nuestra logística familiar. El fraccionamiento es muy seguro, la casa linda, acogedora e impecable. Me encantó que tiene detalles pensados en familias con niños. Las instrucciones son claras para absolutamente todo, te da un manual muy detallado y fácil de entender. Esperamos poder regresar pronto!

We loved staying at Tom’s place. The view was beautiful overlooking the city and the water. AC was cold. The security guards were friendly and active would definitely stay again. Tom also provided recommendations for a rental car company that delivered the vehicle to the Airbnb it’s definitely needed for the location as it’s up a hill and out of the way. But we did get by using DiDi and Uber the first and last day. He also provides rentals of chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Bed was pretty hard could definitely use some type of mattress topper. Washer machine is kind of loud so wouldn’t recommend the late night wash prior to departure but outside of that we really enjoyed the apartment and facilities and Tom as a host.

Yoel and team were great hosts, communicative, super friendly and helpful. The place itself is so nice definitely recommend!

Superbe vue sur le Malecon. Magnifique terrasse . Appartement bien équipé et confortable. Je n’hésiterais pas à recommander.

El departamento está en una exelente zona, cercas del malecón y hay un Oxxo cercas y una birrieria, así como los tacos el estadio, sin duda me volverá a hospedar ♥️

Excelente departamento, muy bien ubicado. Caminando llegas al malecón. En medio de todo. Súper el anfitrión, siempre atento a todas las preguntas. Con gusto regresaría.

Me encantó quedarme en el espacio de Alejandra. Tiene un patio pequeño con una hamaca donde se podía descansar delicioso. El lugar está cerca del centro y del malecón. Rentamos un carro y lo estacionábamos en la calle, muy tranquila y segura. Siempre había lugar. La cama es muy cómoda, el espacio es muy bonito y aunque era fin de semana no escuchamos ningún ruido que perturbara nuestra paz. Muchas gracias por todo, Alejandra.

excelente departamento, una vista hermosa hacia la paz, fácil acceso hacia el malecón y playas de la paz , muy cómodo, con excelentes amenidades sin duda al volver a la paz , queremos hospedarnos aquí de nuevo.

I have to say, the amazing ratings have to be thanks to Abril. From getting there until the day we left she was attentive, helpful, resourceful, respectful and most importantly very welcoming and helped us feel safe. She was basically the only person we had communication with and she was always available. She gave us amazing recommendations and was attentive enough to ask how out days were. Everything in the house was spotless and organized. Again, this all goes to Abril. ¡Muchas gracias Abril por tus atenciones te lo agradecemos mucho!

Disfrutamos mucho la estancia en el departamento. Nos encantó que estuviera a pie de una hermosa playa y que además estuviera a tu disposición la alberca. El departamento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación en un lugar muy tranquilo y cerca de la ciudad y también de las playas más populares de La Paz. La atención de Álvaro fue siempre muy amable y nos sugirió actividades y lugares donde comer rico. Seguro volveremos a este lugar.

The condo is beautiful, spacious and extremely well equipped with every amenity you need for a great stay. Plus the ocean view from the living room and balcony is stunning. The location is extremely convenient, right off the main boardwalk and walking distance to tons of food options. (Note that you can expect some noise in the evening, being located so close to the Malecon.) The host was super communicative and flexible with our checkin/checkout process. We had a fantastic time during our stay, and would highly recommend to anyone visiting La Paz!
