Just a small rustic garage house/art studio in a big garden. Made for the down to earth Baja traveler. A few hundred meters off MEX1 down a sandy road on the edge of a rustic village. Everything is only minutes away - fresh warm tortillas, downtown action, unpublished beaches. 7 minutes to the airport. El Centenario is the up and coming La Paz suburb - however, the roads are still rough and dusty (muddy, should it rain). This is not for you, if you prefer refined neighborhoods. NO parties!

The house is located in a quiet, family area, 4 km from the La Paz pier. The house is very nice and perfect for having a good time with family and friends. It has a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a sofa bed in the TV room. It has 2.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room, a closed garage for a small/medium car, and best of all: a great patio with a private pool, barbecue, and fire pit. We'll love having you!

It is an excellent accommodation, with no problems for access to the pool, very quiet and very well attended. It is a bit far from the city center, so it is a bit difficult to find taxi service or food delivery, but it is a good location if you are looking for a quiet and isolated place. Elva's attention and service were excellent, she was attentive all the time and offered us local food options. I would definitely stay at Elva's house again, it was a very good experience and made us feel at home. Thank you, Elva.

I have to say, the amazing ratings have to be thanks to Abril. From getting there until the day we left she was attentive, helpful, resourceful, respectful and most importantly very welcoming and helped us feel safe. She was basically the only person we had communication with and she was always available. She gave us amazing recommendations and was attentive enough to ask how out days were. Master Penthouse with a breathtaking view!

This penthouse suite is fantastic! We cooked our own meals in the patio terrace with a 5 star immaculate view of La Paz. We felt welcomed from the moment we entered the property. Internet was excellent I was able maintain a quality connection with the office back home and watch youtube without interruption. There is some deferred maintenance on the building but it doesn’t take away from the experience, it only adds to the charm of being in Mexico. Thank you Sergio for allowing us to experience the penthouse.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. We loved that it was at the foot of a beautiful beach and that the pool was also at your disposal. The apartment is very clean and with everything you need. The location in a very quiet place and close to the city and also the most popular beaches of La Paz. Álvaro's attention was always very friendly and suggested activities and places to eat rich. We will surely return to this place.
