Please notice this: this attic is perfect for 2 people or 2 people with a kid no matter the age. Nous avons passé 3 jours formidables en famille dans l'appartement d'Aida : l'appartement est situé au RDC sur rue, avec une terrasse agréable sur cour (très sympathique de prendre le petit-déjeuner en terrasse). L'appartement est grand, bien équipé, très propre et confortable. Il est aussi très bien situé car proche du jardin de Turia tout en étant à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique. Il faut noter la réactivité et l'accueil incroyables de notre hôte : Aida a été très flexible et nous a donné une série de recommandations très utiles, allant jusqu'à réserver un restaurant pour nous et mettre à disposition des petits croissants frais et du vin blanc au frigo. Mille merci Aida ! On recommande vivement son appartement !

Nice roomy space on the edge of the El Carmen (old town) district., close to the Serrano towers. Also close to the Turia (park that runs through the city), so great for exploring by bike. Despite being in the old town area (which is quite busy and animated), the bedroom was quite quiet. Victor and Lara were very responsive and friendly.

Duidelijke instructies over de aankomst. Continu updates die we konden volgen. Kamer was erg schoon (het hele gebouw overigens). Mogelijkheid om zelf de benodigde zaken zoals handdoeken en bedlakens te pakken uit de kast. Handige app die je kunt gebruiken tijdens het verblijf. Kamer is groter dan verwacht. En uiteraard een hele fijne locatie!

Appartamento esattamente come nelle foto, pulitissimo e recentemente rinnovato con grande cura nei particolari. Cucina grande e attrezzata con forno, microonde,lavastoviglie, frigorifero, macchina per il caffè e tutto quanto necessario per il soggiorno. Bagno grande e pulito e provvisto di tutto dallo shampoo, bagnoschiuma ai solari. Supermercato vicinissimo. La zona del Carmen dove si trova appartamento è comodossima a poca distanza si trovano localini e ristoranti, in massimo 15 minuti a piedi si arriva alla cattedrale. A 5 minuti a piedi c'è la fermata del bus 95 che porta alla città della scienza e alla Marina, e alla stessa distanza si può raggiungere il parco Turia. La host Milena gentile e disponibile e risponde sempre velocemente.

We had a great stay at Tom’s Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean and well prepared for our arrival. Tom was super responsive and replied to our messages quickly. The location is also really convenient — just a 15-minute walk to the city center and only 3 minutes to the nearest Consum market. Overall, we would highly recommend this place! We made ourselves comfortable and used the YEGO scooter app to get around the city with ease. Thanks again, Tom! Best regards, Liridon & Anita
