We had a great time, there was a lot of communication from the host. The bnb is in a very central area and quite close to everything.

Our recent stay at Edu's apartment was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, we felt immediately at home; the apartment exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its charming character far surpassed the already appealing photos. The location was incredibly convenient, placing us within easy walking distance of many key attractions, while simultaneously providing the peace and quiet of a safe and pleasant neighbourhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend Edu's apartment to anyone seeking comfortable and well-situated accommodation. Thank you again for your hospitality, Edu!

We had an amazing time at Bego’s. Amazing location, charming neighbourhood close to everything, very cosy flat, a kitchen with all you need to cook simple meals yourself, great living area with dining table and sofa corner, and everything was very clean. Our daughter loved the little kid room with the toys. There is even towels, toys and parasol for the beach. The air con was very helpful. Bego was extremely responsive and helpful. She left some milk, water, juice and treats for us. We felt at home and would definitely love come back. Thanks a lot for hosting us

An ideal place to stay if you’re wanting to explore Valencia - it has a great central location so the majority of the city is walkable from there. There is also a supermarket across the road. The flat itself is clean, well equipped and comfortable. We would only flag that there are quite a few stairs to the door and no lift, wasn’t an issue for us but may be more difficult if you have a lot of luggage. Sasha and Andrey were very responsive via text and accommodating hosts. We would definitely stay here again if back in Valencia.

The aparment was even better ir and the host was very accomodating and helpful. We needed a car during our trip and for that the apartment was maybe not in the best place. Still the apartment itself was 5 stars, very quiet and easily could fit 6 persons.

my husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for a short break. door opened remotely so we could gain access easily. apartment is as described and like the photos. very stylish. everything you need for a city break with lovely kitchen and even washing machine drying rack and iron. make sure to turn on air con and close shutters in summer months ...the host was helpful when we had difficulty with the air con but it cooled the apartment great. nice neighbourhood as about 10 minutes walk to edge of old town entrance but a nice quiet neighbourhood with several nice restaurants and bars. would recommend and stay again.

Amazing apartment, amazing host!

A very nice, very well equipped apartment right in the heart of Valencia. Really helpful hosts. Street is quite noisy in the evenings but the bedroom is at the back so that wasn't a big issue for us. Nice balcony at the front overlooking the bustling street, just big enough to have breakfast on. Overall, a great flat and great hosts.

Lovely apartment, situated between Barrio del Carmen and the City of Arts and Sciences. Lots of restaurants nearby, easy to get to interesting places. The 2 bed 2 bath apartment is modern and clean. All the appliances work, the doors close with no squeaks or groans. All in all a great stay. The outside/upstairs deck is very nice as well. We would easily return

Superb stay, location is right in the centre but in a nice quiet area. The place is exactly as it looks in the pictures and Elena was incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in early and also sorting a cot and highchair for the little one. Anything we needed she was super helpful. Perfect stay for friends and families!

The location of this property is 10/10. Located in the centre of the old town, surrounded by beautiful squares, restaurants, coffee shops, and winding streets, chapels and the incredible covered food market, just around the corner. The apartment is spotlessly, clean, comfortable, and the roof terrace is a real added bonus. Due to the design of the property, each room is on a separate floor, so if you are infirm in any way, this would present problems. I would absolutely stay again. and recommend to friends

As others have said, very central location and close to everything of interest (except the beach which is 15 minutes in a cab). Busy restaurant courtyard right outside the door but double glazing stops a lot of the noise. Balcony is a great place to people watch. We stayed for two weeks and whilst a small place, didn't feel cramped as always something going on

Lovely place to stay. Pere is an extremely responsive, kind and accommodating host. A few areas of the apartment, namely the bathroom, could use some TLC, aesthetically speaking. Other than that, the water pressure/temp is great, the shower is spacious, the kitchen/great room is also large and comfortable. The tiny balcony with a tiny table was great for sitting outside and having a glass of wine in the evening. Not much of a view, but you are only about a 10 minute walk to the center. We really enjoyed walking to and from the old town through the beautiful tower. Pere has a comprehensive visitor’s guide that is super helpful. We went to a few of his restaurant recommendations and they were excellent, in particular L’Alquimista. My only word of advice: if you need a closet in the bedroom, you will be sorely disappointed. However, there is a closet in the living room. There are no chests of drawers in either bedroom. But if you are OK with this, I would highly recommend Pere’s place.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

Our stay was wonderful- meeting Maria was like meeting family! She took the time to tell us about the best of Valencia - it was an exceptional experience. Thank you and we hope to return

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
