Top location, top flat, unbeatable value for money, perfect welcome, clear and useful instructions, the apartment is more than comfortable with the jacuzzi as a central element, all in a very nice neighborhood, accessible, close to everything and safe.

Had the best stay in Medellin in this apartment. I’ll dream of this view for weeks after returning to the states! The team was super responsive and helpful. The building was secure and the cafeteria that also provided room service was a complete game changer! I loved it here and I’ll most definitely be back! This place is wonderful! The description does not do it justice. Everything was well- planned and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing and luxurious stay. The place was spotless and well stocked. Sonia and Carlos were the most accommodating host team we experienced in Colombia. Carlos deserves a prize for how comfortable and welcome he made us. From food recommendations to a tour of the area-- everything was 5-star. We look forward to staying with them again.

Had a great stay overall! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The host was responsive and check-in was super easy. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet at night. One small note: the unit wasn’t as high up as I expected based on the photos, and it wasn’t mentioned in the listing. That said, it didn’t take away from the experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved my stay. I felt right at home . Bladimir was very helpful and gave me some good recommendations. The balcony is beautiful with the lights of Medellin at night. I had a very relaxing stay here. If you wanted to do something more the opportunities are endless. Maria helped give me many suggestions on activities and nightlife and for dining. The apartment was perfect with everything I could need available. The pool was clean and the views spectacular. The bar restaurant in the lobby area was very good. The staff was friendly and the food options were great. I highly recommend Maria and her apartment.

Great stay in a safe and secluded area in Medellin. Nice balcony views and the building had great amenities. Would recommend this stay if you are looking for a quiet and safe building in Medellin.
