This peaceful and cozy house is built in 1791 and is set in fine nature with meadows, leafy and coniferous forest, with Lake Solgen. The house has a fireplace, tiled ovens and wood stove, is nice and carefully renovated as well as has WiFi and television. At the back there is a lawn with its own garden furniture and a grill. In the kitchen there is a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle and coffee maker. Great hiking and biking as well as 600 meters to the lake where you can swim, fish or just sit and enjoy as well as cows and calves grazing around.

Waterside house Uddebo, private garden and beach

The Guesthouse Uddebo is situated right by lake Rosjön, 10 km north of the pretty wooden town of Eksjö. Originally a traditional log cabin the guesthouse was renovated and extended in 2019. The natural garden of Uddebo is surrounded by lake Rosjön on three sides, giving direct access to the water, as well as a magnificient lake view from all parts of the house. From the living room and master bedroom you reach a wooden deck with stairs to the garden and a small jetty.

Getting up in the morning and swimming in a lake was always my dream. This is where we've realized it. Our house offers you a junction in Smaland to explore Sweden's south. We hiked in the footsteps of Pipi Langstrumpfs, explored the Baltic Sea coast, visited a glass factory, rode zip lines or just took a walk around the lake. Every time we have returned home energetic.
