Apartment holiday rentals in Eixen

A very spacious, cozy and super equipped apartment! We only stayed two nights, but it was a relaxing little break ... especially impressive: the huge sofa 🙂

I was allowed to book the apartment for a meeting with a friend for one night - great that Sylvio also makes short stays possible. Very nice host, great communication, the apartment was very clean, we were allowed to check out a little later. We were absolutely satisfied!

We felt very comfortable in Katrin's accommodation. The apartment had everything we needed. The highlight of the kids was definitely the trampoline and the contact with the other kids who were currently on vacation on the farm. A really nice and quiet oasis to relax, nestled in a picturesque setting full of hydrangeas.

The "Steernkieker" apartment offers a maritime holiday flair and scored with us especially with the fireplace and the view of the sky directly from the comfortable bed on the upper floor as a special element of comfort. The apartment is surrounded by a spacious, well-kept garden area, which offers various seating and lounging areas. This creates a harmonious overall feeling that makes it very easy for us to take a deep breath from everyday life. Frank welcomed us with an open-minded chat, was available as a host on site and thus paved the way for a successful stay in the north.

I gave my parents a wedding anniversary an extended weekend at Katrin& Wolfgang's in Plietschen Duut. They report enthusiastically: Great, clean accommodation with really nice landlords who communicate nicely with the guests from the start. In the apartment we didn't miss anything, we felt very comfortable there, overlooking the Bodden. We would have liked to have stayed longer and will definitely be back. Communication with Katrin regarding the gift in advance was great! Glad to come back.

Great accommodation in the middle of Old Sassnitz and with wonderful sea views. From here you can get to the beach promenade and the harbor super fast. It is also a great starting point for hikes on the Baltic Sea shore or in the old beech forest towards chalk cliffs and Königsstuhl. The apartment itself (quiet, large, warm) as well as its equipment (kitchen, TV, radio, great shower) is also great. Everything you need for a vacation together. Highly recommended!

Fridi & Claudi's accommodation was the perfect starting point to explore the area around Stralsund. The small farm has an absolute feel-good character and has been furnished entirely to our taste. We would have liked to have stayed longer!

We had a very nice few days. Putbus is a good starting point to explore the island. The accommodation is super clean, tastefully decorated - very spacious and the garden offers many places to relax. Matteo's tips were very helpful and he responded immediately when we had a question. We will be happy to come back.

We enjoyed the days in the apartment very much. The attic, which was converted into a bedroom, was my favorite place, sun-drenched, spacious and very cozy. There we slept in, drank tea, read, and let the day go by quietly. We were lovingly cared for and we lacked nothing. The lake and the Peene are always worth a visit and there are many good cafes and a lot of art to discover. We were four people and two dogs in the apartment. There is everything you need. Very original furnishings and we immediately felt very comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment and would also go on vacation there again. Thanks for the nice week!!!

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Had a wonderful stay at the place! The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was quiet, but still central – supermarkets, cafés and public transport were easily accessible. The host was very friendly, easily accessible and responded quickly to any questions. The check-in was very quick and easy. I particularly liked the small personal touch in the accommodation, such as fresh towels, a welcome greeting and good tips for the area. I would come back anytime and can fully recommend the property!

Fantastic place to unwind - we'll be back! We had a wonderful time in this cozy apartment right on the water! The private beach access with the beach chairs was a real highlight - pure relaxation. The apartment is lovingly furnished, you have to orient yourself a bit because of the ceiling height, but after a day or two you know exactly where to watch out. The kitchen was super equipped, we lacked nothing. The contact with the hosts was warm and uncomplicated – you always had the feeling of being in good hands. The Lauterbach harbor with small restaurants is within walking distance, and those who like to walk can also relax and walk to Putbus. The parking facilities directly at the property are great. We liked it so much that we immediately asked for next year - that says it all 😊

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Verena and Maik! They were incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming-you felt really welcome from start to finish. The house was nicely furnished, super cozy and sparkling clean. There was everything you could need – both in the kitchen and in the rest of the home. There were lots of experiences nearby, and as a family we had an unforgettable holiday. We stayed at the property for 4 nights. More than enough space for 6 people. Even with two bathrooms, there was no morning "scramble"! Everything super clean, wonderfully quiet. Shopping just across the street. Everything is great! We will be back.

I can't say anything bad about this place. Everything was as described and we had some relaxing days. Glad to come back

Super nice and quiet living. Andy's apartment was very pretty and homely and everything necessary was available, although the oven and I did not become friends 😅 The construction site next door is hardly noticeable, except that the lake view is somewhat limited, but there is still the cute gazebo outside. Overall, we are super satisfied and will probably knock on Andy's again next year 😊
