Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

The break island, a perfect place to forest bathing, just have time to sit and watch, breathe and listen to nature. Pure relaxation! Time for you, for you! If you want, you can even be pampered by breakfast service in the morning. It is a starting point for wonderful hiking or biking or motorcycle tours.
