Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

The townhouse is a new building from 2022 located directly on the park with a lake, playground and soccer field. From the property you can go directly to the park. The house is equipped with large windows everywhere. We have 2 children (7 and 4). There are therefore various possibilities for climbing, swinging, romping and many toys.
