En relativt nyoppusset (2019) hybelleilighet med stort bad, soverom og stue/kjøkkenløsning. Egen inngang fra baksiden av huset, og tilgang på parkering på fremsiden av huset. Resten av huset er bebodd av oss, og vi har tre barn som kan produsere noe trinnlyd. Ellers er hybelen adskilt fra huset med en brannsikker og lydtett dør,som er låst med nøkkel. TV har kun mulighet for AirPlay, og ingen apper/kanaler
